DPD delivered to your nominated address within 2 day from when your item was shipped. Whilst they do aim for next day where possible, the shipping timeframe provided is up to 2 days to account for any potential delays.

Terrible customer experience
I ordered oral minoxidil off this site, around a month-ish ago. Still no sign of the item being dispatched, I’ve tried contacting however to no response. Thoroughly disappointed and let down, not to mention I take this medication daily so have had so acquire it from elsewhere, so I guess I would at least just like my money back!! Don’t make the same mistake I did - there’s plenty better alternatives out there!!!

This company is the best. There is nothing that I can fault them for. Their attention to detail, to specific personal needs, to going above and beyond, in every way to provide the greatest customer service. This is a great rarity these days and very comforting to find. I am very sorry to hear you feel you have had a bad experience with us - that is not something we like to hear and always strive to offer the best possible service.
I have looked into this for you and can see that you were unfortunately denied treatment due to uncertainty regarding your suitability for treatment.
Unfortunately, due to the media exposure and increased scrutiny of these medications, the GPhC have implemented new regulations regarding prescribing and dispensing these types of medications. This is mostly due to poor practice within the industry, such as online pharmacies freely prescribing without appropriate checks or aftercare.
What this means is that when we are audited, they will require us to show that we have engaged in a certain level of due diligence when prescribing these medications.
Your safety is paramount and takes priority over everything else regardless of the consequences for us as a business (e.g. a lost sale, a bad review etc.).
I can see my colleague has emailed you with the above information and has double checked to see that you have been refunded in full.
We wish you all the best in the future and once again apologise that you feel let down by our service.
