Made a withdrawal on 25th dec for 2500 kept getting wait for 7-21 days them days came and went was relentless contacting customer services every day I got wait 7-21 days. After 66 days it went back into my account with an email saying it’s partly our fault partly yours with no explanation. So 25th March withdrew it again still no money. Seems to me if you win more than 500 you have to go through this rigmarole. Also need to advise any one that deposits you can only win 5 x your life time bet up to the withdrawal. This is just standard. I’m ok because I’ve put well over that to get £2.5 k back. Also the bonus is 100 x your winnings before you can cash out. And if you haven’t put 5 x your deposits you won’t get that either. Just be very mindful and they don’t explain this either … you have to go to term and conditions in small print. This goes for all of gambling sites abroad … BE CARFUL

I’m presuming this is why they keep changing from mr sloty 1 2 3 … and all the comments I’ve read from other people they are having the same problem.

Beware! Cannot withdraw!

I had the misfortune of winning a significant amount of money, only to find myself trapped in a nightmarish situation.

It's been an unbelievable 7 weeks, and Sloty Casino still hasn't verified my documents, preventing me from withdrawing my winnings. Seven weeks of waiting for a simple verification process? It's an absolute scam.

Their customer support has been utterly unhelpful, giving me false assurances and no concrete resolution. Sloty clearly has no regard for their players or their hard-earned winnings.

I've had enough of their deceptive practices and switched back to bit7casino.com.

Unpaid pending withdrawals

This company ceased trading in the UK in January this year. It closed my account suddenly back in November 2022 with two pending withdrawals outstanding. After several communications with them I have still not received my payments, now all emails are bouncing back as undelivered.

CRIMINAL ACTIVITY. CLOSED MY ACCOUNT WHILE I STILL HAVE A BALANCE AND ZERO WAY OF REACHING A REAL PERSON

Ok, how best to explain this. I log in and am playing away, I make a withdrawal and later that day I try and login and it says my account is closed. Multiple attempts at contacting them through their suggested submissions form lead to the exact same email.

We are very sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your account. Please note that having looked into this issue we can confirm that your account was among those affected by a technical issue recently. In view of this the account has been restricted and is unavailalbe for use until the technical issue is fully investigated and corrected. You will be notified via email as soon as possible and we thank you for your patience.

Thank you once again for contacting us and if you need anything else, do not hesitate to contact us. We are always happy to assist you."

This has been going on for almost a month. NOW their number listed on their website (which use to just give a voice recording) is now not in service.

This site should face legal action.

Absolute scam do not put money on this casino they owe me £500 withdrawn on 16th October if states allow upto 21 working days which is bs on its iwn but even after that they say we are experiencing a lot of withdrawals please wait . Same message every time Do Not give them money . You will not get anything back . If anyone else wants to make up a joint law suit please let me know and we should all have these people arrested . Contact your banks and ask for the funds given to them to be reversed . Also people be careful because they try to take more than you want to put in .

Total scam 100% - Awaiting pending withdrawal- so giving them benefit of the doubt;! FOR NOW…

Well, upon reading alllll of the other reviews I’m not optimistic with my current pending withdrawal (#233095228) I’m only waiting on £100 to be deposited into my account, so you’d expect from a reputable gambling site this shouldn’t be an issue to say the least, saying that I’m currently on week 3…. and so I won’t be depositing again until I see if they do actually payout. Up until this pint, I have enjoyed the site, the games are good, selection is good, customer service/chat connection is good, andbwins are good to be fair…… but the main reason we pay into these sites and play with them is to ultimately win money, the risk and thrill factor obviously entails losing too, it’s all part and parcel, but point here is why bother if they don’t actually pay out?!? So, I’ll wait…. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt and not go completely from other gamers experiences……. So until then, it’s a waiting game and I will update on outcome :)

Still no withdrawal received. Same email reply/response each time ‘they’re working hard to make their way through all checks ‘ blah blah.
So 2 months on I try calling them again, as the call never connects, this time it did, and the man replies to me that he isn’t an online casino call centre but an online dating call centre operator???? livecam personals.com to be precise.

The reply i have received from mrsloty on here is the same they reply to everyone , they can’t locate account with the details I gave, which is the details they have given me for the pending withdrawal. This website is an absolute joke and I am looking in to the relevant authorities, both here and in Malta etc.
DO NOT DEPOSIT ON THIS WEBSITE!!!!
