The comfort this pillow gives me, means I sleep pain free and wake up refreshed every day. No other pillow gives me what Slumbir gives me.

This is honestly my favorite pillow!

I sleep on my back and both sides, and it supports me really well in every position. It did take a couple of weeks to get used to, but once I did, it made a huge difference for my neck and back pain. It’s super supportive without being stiff because who actually wants a hard pillow? I still switch around with other pillows sometimes, but this is the one I always pack whenever I travel.

The indent was a lifesaver when my cartilage piercing was healing since it kept my ear from being squished. I thought the little “button” might be annoying, but I don’t notice it at all. I use a king pillowcase with fold-over ends to keep it clean.

Like with most memory foam, there was a smell when I first opened it, but it went away in about a week after leaving it to air out. After a few months, it felt like it deflated a bit, so I asked for the extra support insert, and that helped a ton. Customer service was super kind, and it arrived quickly.

I ended up replacing it after about 6 months with the exact same pillow and I still love it!

Of course, not everyone in my house feels the same. I’m the only one who really loves it, it’s too bulky for some and not firm enough for others.

I purchased this pillow directly from Slumblr.com after trying several cervical pillows on Amazon. The Amazon options all had very little cushion around the neck area and wore out quickly. The Slumblr pillow is noticeably different — it has a much thicker cushion that provides far better support and durability.

I deal with some neck and upper trap pain, and while I still experience discomfort at times, I wake up feeling significantly better after using this pillow compared to when I went to bed. It’s been a real improvement in my sleep quality and comfort.

Highly recommend this pillow to anyone struggling with similar issues. I’ll be sticking with Slumblr from now on.

I bought one of these pillows after seeing the advert over the last few months, I have had neck pain for years which has resulted in tension headaches that wipe me out - the pillow got delivered yesterday and I have to say i haven't slept that good in years! My neck doesn't feel painful or tight this morning - best purchase I have made in a long time!

Total scam. Chinese products sold as Australian. Comes shipped from the factory in China, with Chinese labels. They sent me the wrong item, both size and colour, and then tried to imply that I was lying about the size and do not know the difference between sky and dark blue. Managed to get them to send another, and it was the wrong size and colour again. Do not buy from this company.

My husband, especially, loves this pillow. For me, I like it, but I may not like it as much as he does simply because I used to use a water pillow. However, they’re excellent and we really do enjoy sleeping on them. I have trouble sleeping and the first night I slept until 5:55 AM. It was awesome.

I love love LOVE my pillow! From the first night I used it, I slept through the whole night & have continued to do so. My partner has also told me that I don’t snore anymore! I’ve now converted my partner & he sleeps on one too :)

2.0 pillow which is thicker and firmer.
My neck and shoulder aches are
Non existent now.

Honestly I haven't woken with a pain in my back since the first night using it. I have bought the normal one and the 2.0. The normal one works best for me. The 2.0 is a bit higher. 100% 10/10.

Excellent pillow. Allows you to sleep comfortably, and without risk of neck pain. I sleep more soundly with it.

Other poor reviews are true. A total scam. Ordered 1 pillow. They charged me for 2 and when I immediately notified them, they said they would reimburse me after I returned it. I followed up after receiving the 2 pillows and was told I need to send it to China, pay all shipping fees, and wait or just keep it and get 35% back. Their "money back guarantee" is total nonsense. What's worse is the pillow I unpacked is not as advertised and unsupportive. AVOID!

I was not impressed with the quality of the pillow and the promised return policy is fake. After sending the pillow back where I was to then get a refund. The pillow sat at immigration in china for six months as the address appears to not exist. I have not only not received my refund, but customer service will no longer respond and the shipping was expensive

I can honestly say this pillow has completely changed my quality of sleep. Im no longer waking up with stiff shoulders and neck that I had to keep massaging while I try to work during the day. Being honest the shape threw me when I set it down and I wondered if id ever get used to it but the 2nd night I was sleeping so well I was drooling in my sleep. I saw some guys review complaining about the smell.....have NO IDEA what hes on about or ON! The pillow also stays cool so its a breath of fresh air not having to swap pillow over during the night to get the cool side. I love this pillow its awesome

Company very deliberately worked to avoid having to honour their claim that you can return items within 60 days ‘for any reason’, prevaricating by firstly pretending not to have received my first two emails, asking for details of the issue and photos of the product, then by asking me to try using the pillow for ‘at least 2 to 3 more weeks’ and then by dragging out the process for so long that by time they finally agreed to a refund (only 35% of what I originally paid, mind!!!), then said ‘sorry the 60 days have now passed and you can’t get a refund’ despite my initial enquiry having been weeks prior and well within the 60 days. They have no intention of refunding or allowing returns of their products. The claim is a fraudulent marketing tactic.

The pillows are good that is without doubt. What annoys me is that their “express” shipping is dreadfully slow!!! I’m over 2 weeks waiting for my order and no sign of it arriving anytime soon.

Ordered two pillows the most expensive two. Ordered extra pillow cases cooling ones only one pillow arrived it was so thin and flat you still need to put another pillow underneath it so it completely negates the putting your arm under it. when I contacted the company and I told them I did not want the pillows that arrived they only refunded me for the pillow that didn't come I also was stuck paying for the extra pillowcases for the pillow that didn't come as well as the pillow I didn't want so I was refunded $89 out of 260 and then the company just goes quiet you'll never hear another word from even though they're supposed to refund me 60% of the items that did show up.
They are just another China scam.
Returns are to China on your dime.

Recieved cooling blanket. Not cooling. Not cool. Very cheap and nasty fabric. Not as seen in the videos. Awful packaging. Definitely looks like a £2 blanket from temu. Scammed for sure.
