4 carro fans
In the last 2 months a bought 4 carro smart fans from you. All arrived fast and in perfect condition. Some delays in construction delayed my installation but I installed them myself, easy if you can work overhead standing on a ladder. Design and function of all great. Remotes a little balky at times, needs the right degree of button push. Overall very happy.

The fan was super easy to hang
The fan was super easy to hang. Wasn’t very heavy. Simple wiring. My only complaint is the dim feature. The cool white isn’t very cool white and not as bright as I would prefer. Also, when using the regular light switch, why won’t a smart fan keep the fan going after turning it off and on?

Regarding the fan behavior with the regular light switch, please note that our DC ceiling fans are controlled by the remote, smartphone APP and voice command. A switch can only power on/off the fan. You can use the remote to control the light and fan seperately.
Smafan is awesome!
Smafan.com had better prices than other sites I viewed for the same fan, had more selection, shipped and arrived quickly, and has been very communicative! I will order from them again!

Awesome products and customer service!
I already upgraded one of my fans to a smart fan and LOVE it. It’s great to be able to tell Alexa to turn the fan on the fan light on set speed etc. Plus the fan is very cool looking and the price is great! Got it on sale. I ordered another fan and it came from the manufacturer with a dent. No problem! They sent a replacement quickly. Love these guys and their customer service rocks!

Fantastic Customer Support and Return Process

Absolutely amazing!! I ordered a downrod and a wiring harness not knowing that the downrod already had the harness in it. Customer service contacted me via email and text message to let me know I had ordered something I did not need and then they, with my agreement, canceled the harness I did not need and promptly refunded me for the part I did not need!!
