Pricing is absolutely fantastic and products are quality! Customer service was also second to none. Other retailers stock similar products at almost triple the price. Delivery was swift and was delivered within 3 days of ordering. We would definitely shop again!

Charged extra for delivery
Charged extra for delivery - my address classed as Scottish Highlands. That’s a new one for Aberdeen. Delivery took 15 days and an email prompt to get my item.
Item arrived, box heavily damaged. Haven’t opened it yet to check item.
Whilst prices are decent, the service isn’t unfortunately

Lovely fire. Wasn't completely sure when it would be delivered as didn't really get many notifications on delivery, but luckily it arrived at dinner time when we were at home

I got the fire delivered within 3 days. Looks very nice in my media wall. Surprised at the price compared to similar sized fires on other sites. But I cant complain at all.
