While a traditional bank loan is usually a great option, we recognize that many small businesses just won't qualify or meet those strict requirements as the business is initially growing. We pride ourselves on being able to bridge the financing gap for those newer companies, and to help them on the path to eventually being eligible for more traditional financing. Not an overall bad experience
Not an overall bad experience. My case worker John was fantastic and took care of everything. He was dedicated to the process and was easy to get in touch with should I have any questions. Two cons did present themselves: 1) The documentation I provided felt like it was never good enough...more and more documentation although everything was already present on what I had sent. 2) The funding phone call was ridiculous. I just presented all the info and documentation they wanted and now I had to wait on a phone call to go over the stuff I just went over...and you don't need to know about me like my background before the business.
Again, not an overall bad experience, but not very easy with the redundancy. I'd use them again, but we'd have to cut some of the red tape.

Thank you for the feedback, we are constantly working on improving our process to make it as easy and efficient and possible and will certainly take this under advisement. There are some situations where we do need to ask for additional documentation, and we may not always know this at the beginning of the process. We feel the funding call is important not only to confirm info already received, but also to confirm identity - we take your security and privacy extremely serious and this is one of many measures to safeguard against any potential issues. We do also often ask our clients about their backgrounds, first in an effort to have a better understand their experience, but also to see if/where we might be able to offer any guidance - we look to build long-term relationships! To your final point, our repeat clients do typically experience a quicker process after the initial funding. Again, the feedback is appreciated, and thank you for the opportunity earn your trust, we look forward to working with you again!
