The worst service I have ever received

The worst service I have ever received. Paid extra for Saturday delivery and waited in as the item was for part of a system being built and shipped out on the following Monday. It had not arrived by mid day so emailed Smartbuyz - no response! Called but only answer phone - still not arrived by 4.30pm emailed again and left a message - nothing! Nothing by 1030 Monday morning. I can cope with delivery and non availability of product issues but in this case there was absolutely no feedback or help! In my view the level of service falls below the minimum standard for any online retailer!

Hi Gavin.

Many apologies for the item not being recieved on Saturday, this was sent and paid for.

I personally work Monday to Friday and therefore do not recieve any weekend emails until Monday, we are a very small team trying to grow. I am speaking with UK Mail as we speak regarding the item as like I say it was sent in good time on Friday for Saturdays delivery but no matter what, that's not your fault and you are correct to leave a review.

Once responded you asked for a refund which was instantly processed and I am recalling the item now.

Sorry for any issues this may have caused.

This kettle is great

This kettle is great, love the fact that it lights up when boiling water .Holds lots of water for endless cuppas Very well made ..Delivery and ordering was very quick and easy .Recommended company

HI ADM,

Can you please elaborate on the delivery service? I have not heard anything back so presumed that everything was ok for you? Your order came through on bank holiday monday and was sent as per the delivery terms on the next working day (Tuesday 30th) and delivered 31st, If you could let me know where the issue was, I can address this for the future.
