Initially I was very impressed with the installation of my product,however a a few weeks I noticed the tracking wasn’t updating.I contacted Global Telemetrics who were very helpful and remotely rebooted the system,over the next three days the tracking was hap hazard.They agreed a service call and this is where the service falls apart,Service department don’t return calls and don’t even answer calls from Global Telemetrics,absolutely abysmal service from the service team At the time of writing this review I’m still waiting 48 hrs after the initial service call was submitted .
After an email from Lisa M she arranged an engineer to investigate my problems happy to say that the engineer arrived on time and changed my faulty unit and Lisa programmed our existing cards to work with the new unit ,Thank you Lisayour assistance was very much appreciated

Used to be superb but last few months has seen the cars not reporting location accurately in the app, sometime being hundreds of miles off. Each call to SmarTrack customer support resolves the issue but I shouldn’t need to keep reporting issues. I have it on 4 cars currently but won’t install again on other cars

I used SmarTrack for around four years, only stopping when the value of my vehicle was too low to justify the tracking system.
From the process of ordering and installation, the company was excellent. Their people are professional, friendly, helpful and efficient. Every telephone call was answered by someone who could either resolve the problem or could swiftly find someone who could, and did.
The app upon which the system was based, for me, was intuitive and quick to respond to changes in the vehicle condition.
The ability to establish geo-fences is very useful.
I can wholeheartedly recommend SmarTrack.

Very prompt callback within three minutes of requesting and on a Sunday.
Issue was resolved within 5 minutes and all is well.
I was impressed with care and attention given. First class service all round.

I needed help in the change over from one vehicle to another. My phone call was answered quickly and the person I spoke to understood the problem I was having right away and resolved it very quickly in a friendly, polite manner. I'm very happy with the service

The professional team that call you if you have an alert are fantastic,always polite and friendly.
With their help I retrieved my stolen car within the hour , they were able to pin point the vehicle and with the police I could get my car back in tact!

Never had anything but super service. Fitment of the tracker was competed on time into my Motorhome and worked perfectly. The app is really good at letting me know what is happening with my vehicle. Monitoring of the battery voltage is reassuring. Transfer of the service to a new owner was painless with good security checks. Will use again when required with no hesitation.

I have had 3 trackers fitted with them and the service has always been excellent. This includes transferring accounts to new cars and setting up. The staff are always pleasant and very helpful. I would definitely recommend using them if you are thinking of a tracker system for your car.

I've had Global telemetrics tridents installed in 2 vehicles for around 5 years now. I have only the greatest review for them. When I need to contact them, they pick up quickly, i can understand what they are saying in plain english. A UK call centre, any issues are remotley diagnosed and a quick reboot remotley and they system tracks sees where it is again, only had this issue, twice in 5 years, so great confidence in the system. I would reccomend.

I didn’t realise that there was an app for this product. I may have missed the email into my inbox. However, on renewing my subscription for the second year, I was given first class service by Laura enabling me to set up my own account, and have access to this great tracking system. This is the best Value for money, having had four other tracking systems previously for other motorhomes, this is the best and the easiest to use. Well done.
