AWFUL customer service at their call centre, they did not listen to what I was asking and hung up on me. They Continue to make me chase them up for incorrect payment dates and taking more money than stated upon agreement!! Have complained about service I have received, along with multiple other people I know having the same problem, we all get the same computer response “we will get back to you in 24-48 hours”. Load of crap , DO NOT recommend unless you want unhelpful rude service , no responses and to be scammed out of more money than what you’re signing up for 😋

The process for having my follow-up re-scan was straightforward and the staff friendly and courteous. And I appreciated the free parking at this inner city location :)

Rad was so nice, talked through everything. Made sure to answer all questions that I asked. Super friendly and professional. Explained everything in detail and made sure I understood everything that was going on and what was going to happen

The Impression Guide that accompanied the kit was easy to follow. I read through the entire booklet twice.

I recommend practice inserting and removing the trays several times before making the impressions, as the plates are stiff.

Finally take note that you have to use FedEx to return the kit!

I booked my daughter Lyric in for the 3d scan. Tess was our technician and she was great. We knew everything that was happening and she was very friendly which made my daughter feel comfortable. Kind and caring faultless presentation.
I’m at the end of my treatment but wanted some small imperfections looked at. They were very professional and are extending my treatment all for no charge.
I will have more aligners and new retainers, all good!
