Ordered a kids toothbrush about a week ago. Just checking my emails and there’s a message telling me my order had been delivered. Checked our letterbox and there it is. Thanks guys.

Still waiting on 3 of the 4 products we ordered, then spammed with emails

FRAUD. Cheap products and sent wrong items!! Wasted $75 on an ultrasonic cleaner that does NOT turn on, and attachments which are for a different product! And they were opened! It was like they sent me someone else’s broken returned package to see if I would notice. I’ve sent them an email last night but I haven’t heard back. From what I’ve heard, the customer service is terrible so I doubt I will get a reply, and now I’m down $75 for bits of junk. DO NOT SHOP HERE! I have purchased better products on TEMU. I have informed my friends who were also looking into this product, they will now purchase from elsewhere. I will make sure to let as many people know as I can. I will be writing a letter to ACCC to report this if there has been no action before the end of the week.

UPDATE - I have contacted my bank to get the charge reversed. Please do this if you have had the same experience with them

Customer Service was absolutely fantastic for us, we would definitely recommend them.

Item has not even shipped and it was purchased on the 18th of November. Then all I get are emails about how everything was asking for reviews but I have nothing to review except that.

The item was not recieved I contacted support 3 times and all I got was a reply email sent in the middle of the night containing motherhood statements and no actions
I have now requested that the order be cancelled and a refund made if this is not forthcoming I will contact consumer affairs this would have to be the worst online company I have ever dealt with

Terrible, my first order went missing, I was told in 3 separate emails to wait another 1 to 3 days. Never recieved any shippment or tracking. I thought there would of been a complimentary item or a sorry note, nothing at all. Poor form in my opinion.

Their products are very poor quality made by cheap material. The flosser has cheap aluminium coating which fell off after a short use. Had to stop using it worrying about potential health hazard. The seller was sneaky regarding return and refund. They only refunded a tiny amount and kept saying they need to check with their other “teams”. Their money back guarantee is a joke. I had to pay for the return postage for the parcel. Also this Smile Therapy Australia is surprisingly identical to Smile Therapy in UK. Same logo and almost identical website and products. But this seller couldn’t confirm they belong to the same group. This Australian seller might be faking the products from other companies and scamming people.
