Bought this thinking it’s another useless gadget tbh… but it actually works 😅
Had plaque on my back teeth for ages, after like 10-15 mins most of it was gone.

Super easy to use, not painful at all (was scared about that). Also stops when you touch gums which is nice.

Teeth feel really smooth after, almost like after dentist clean.

Didn’t expect much but yeah… kinda impressed.

First time using this company. I ordered and paid for
an Ultrasonic Tooth Cleaner & Teeth Whitening Powder, as advertised on Facebook and my order has never actually arrived, since purchasing after one week.

Emailed Top Smile twice and they tried to blame Royal Mail, but the tracking number Top Smile had provided me on purchase, doesn't exist at all!
Very dissappointed overall.
Have now requested and awaiting a full refund.

I had waited for an ultrasound tooth cleaner I bought from Topsmile for about a month and didn’t receive. I emailed Yam and explained. The email was responded swiftly and Yam explained to me the issues of some Evri misplaced parcels. Yam sent a different one for me and in less than a week got it. They’re are so responsive and professional.

Great product, really good value for money.

First time buying from Topsmile. I didn't receive my package when I should have due to the delivery company. I emailed customer service and got a response very quickly. They sent out a replacement and I received it the next day 😊. I bought the ultrasonic cleaner which is amazing and does exactly as it says. Can't go wrong amazing products and great customer service, definitely recommend!

Yam was fantastic, evri had lost the shipment on first attempt at delivery, emailed customer support and Yam had it all sorted in a couple days.
Getting on great with the ultrasonic cleaner, very happy with the results achieved so far and have recommended it already to friends and family.

I placed my order for my dental product at the beginning of the month and a couple of weeks later, I received an email from customer services asking if I was enjoying my product. I told them that I hadn’t received it yet which surprised him. He was straight on getting me sorted out and was received a couple of days later. What an absolute delight to deal with, over and beyond expectations, I would definitely buy from this company again. The problem was with the carrier and not this company . Thank you Yam for your help 😊

I have had my device a few months now I was skeptical when I saw the add but decided to give it a chance and I am so happy I did I saw results in minutes it was incredibly easy to operate it has different settings it's incredibly gentle and stops if you accidently touch your gum my teeth look and feel amazing don't hesitate treat your teeth you won't regret it

The customer service is brilliant, I had a problem with my device, I emailed asking for help which was very quickly answered. I followed her advice and my sonic tooth cleaner now works perfectly again.

Very efficient, it’s like having a hygienist at home. It really does cleaning very well without the feeling of grinding at hygienist. Would recommend anyone getting it.

I am genuinely impressed with the ultrasonic cleaner. I'm ashamed to say, I have neglected my teeth a bit since losing my NHS dentist. The ultrasonic cleaner has completely cleaned my teeth and removed all tartar, plaque etc. I was worried my teeth had gone too far but my word, my teeth have never looked so good. I've been able to remove every single bit of build up. I also bought the tooth whitening powder, which I think is helping although not sure I've given it enough time yet. The ultrasonic cleaner was instant though, worth every penny. It's paid for itself several times over. My wife has also used it, her teeth were fine anyway but she was able to remove some plaque too and I genuinely believe we will not need to see the hygienist. We combine this with a water flosser and electric toothbrush and are really happy with the results. I absolutely recommend the ultrasonic cleaner.

I was a little skeptical, as sometimes adverts can be a litte deceptive, and though I didn't have a large build up of plaque I could still see a huge difference the ultra sonic cleaner made. Made up super happy and incorporate the use every couple of days. Thankyou.

Great company. Bought my Top Smile ultrasonic tooth cleaner around 8 months ago, I was very sceptical but thought I would give it a try, wasn't expecting very much, I have been so disappointed in the past with the claims of some companies. How refreshing to have chosen Top Smile and find it actually does just what it claims to do. Gets rid of unwanted Plaque/ Tarter stains with hardly any effort. Three different heads to put on to make it easy. A very thin one to get the in-between teeth stains and a head to eliminate bigger yellow brown stains. It’s remarkable how it works, you can see the stains are like dissolving, and you're left with stain free teeth just like the dentist. Plus, I have yet to use on the Super strong mode as the normal and middle mode does the job perfectly for me. Five modes to choose from. Takes a bit of practice to get into doing the backs of teeth, a bit awkward at first, but soon got the hang of it. No pain, stops if touches your gum. Maybe a little sensitive for a couple of hours, especially if you use too long. My best buy in 2025.

Was skeptical at first, but after looking at the great reviews I decided to give it a try. So glad I did! I was mainly concerned about my lower front teeth after some plaque build up. The plaque is now completely gone and my teeth look so much better!! No pain and it's just a great little device to use. It's so hard to find a dentist, or it's too expensive if you go private, so in the meantime this ultrasonic teeth cleaner will really help out. Worth every penny, so far!
