I don't normally write reviews, but a lot of people like myself look for reviews on websites like this to see if they are legit or not. Well, after my normal supplier ran out of stock, I found these guys, so I made an order and crossed my fingers. Sure enough, I ordered Friday morning and the order was in my letterbox by Monday morning. Although the product was a little bit more expensive than my usual supplier, the express post kinda made up for it.

Communication from placing the order right through to the order being dispatched was fast reliable and friendly. The delivery was a very fast turnaround and everything was exactly what I ordered. I would totally recommend this site to anyone who is looking for affordable smokes and fast turnaround. And a big shout out to Chris for all his fast and friendly replies

For others, I have tried plenty of site online and smokcigs supply the best quality and customer service + they accept my credit card which is good for me. 2 times I had my package held by australia post and they replaced free of charge.

They accidently sent me the wrong packet, but they sorted it out by sending the pack I wanted and let me keep the other pack, always fastest delivery, fair prices, can recommend this shop

Smokcigs are the fastest service you can get. The only disappointing thing is things are often out of stock, but other than that this is a legitimate site with fantastic fast service

Fantastic experience from start to finish! The product quality is excellent, the pricing is very competitive, and delivery was impressively quick. What really stood out, though, was the outstanding communication throughout the entire process.
A special mention goes to Chris in customer service, who went above and beyond. When my preferred product was unavailable, he proactively reached out, presented alternative options, and guided me through the process, all in a timely, genuinely friendly manner.

Great! Easy to navigate website, same day posting and they actually do it. Prices are reasonable. Quick shipping. Order progress emails. I misspelled my own name and let them know but no reply. It didn't matter in the end, still arrived in good time.

They r legit, I'm a bit suss on the companies that have a $200 minimum thankfully smokcigs don't do this, I only wish they offered the best prices I have found Dunhill for $110 if they could match this I would buy three cartons per week

I found the site by accident and thought I’d give it a go. So pleased I did. Deliveries arrive in one to two days no issues. Have been ordering weekly and never had an issue.

Excellent service, live in central Queensland purchased on the 9th and arrived today 12th which is awesome as usually for anything to be delivered here takes longer even with express post..
Product bought was the tobacco 30gr. packed well, product is awesome so purchased another 4pkts today.

Incredibly happy with my experience. Ordered 2 cartons on the 2nd of December and they came on the 3rd. My order was exactly what I asked for. Definitely will use this website again.

Ordered 2x Japanese import RYO Golden Virginia 50g. Sent and received promptly with express post.
Pouch packaging appears to be OEM.
Clear outer sleeve and all pouch seals intact. Includes Green Rizla papers pack attached to the pouch. Sucks in air on first opening like one would expect from factory. Tobacco moist and compressed with no stray dregs which would indicate altered contents.

Haven't tried domestic retail GV to compare but the JPGV smokes like a stronger Port Royal Original.
Just as smooth and similar taste on the draw. Then sits slightly harsher and punchier in flavour afterwards.

All in all, no complaints.

My first purchase, so I Purchased just a couple of packets, just in case. Package arrived in 24 hours from Sydney to me in Melb. Exactly as ordered. This is a legitimate site and I appreciate the fast delivery. Will use again. 5 stars.

I have tried other cig sites and tried Smokcigs with one carton only. Totally pleased with the service so ordered more. Great packaging and very speedy delivery. I'll be staying with them. Give them a try, you won't be disappointed.
