Shipped the wrong product, then want me to pay to ship it back. Hahahhahaha. Wont give me a credit either

The price was almost too good to be true. Glad I took the chance. Received emails that it was ready to ship the next morning and by late afternoon an email saying it was shipped. I am definitely going to buy from Smokea again.

Ordered 3 vapes, 2 arrived dead out of the box. Charged for a day and still no lights, no draw. Received sarcastic customer service when asking to return for a refund. They then demanded video evidence before accepting the return. Sort of a ridiculous exchange. With all the other options out there, I would look elsewhere

I ordered the Torch 6g disposable vape and it is wonderful. I currently have the Purple Punch and the Cool Melon. 5 hits is all I have to take and I have a high tolerance level! I do pay extra for faster delivery, and it's worth it every time. Highly recommend!

I was happy they had the items I was looking. When I browsed the site I was amazed at the selection for each category and how much was in stock. My orders have been flawless so far.

I've ordered 3x from SMOKEA, all with the same delivery address. This past order, half of the glass never arrived, and when I reached out to support, they told me I had mislabeled my own address! Disregarding the fact that the other half of my order had been delivered without problem the morning before.

Fast forward almost a month, after multiple contacts with support agent Mark I had to go to Capital One for my refund. It was only for $18, but after hundreds of other spend, it's lost me as a customer permanently.

Products that do arrive are fine.

old weed and didn’t hit

I purchased a glass product from them, this is my 2nd purchase. The bowl completely separated from the glass at the stem when I gently tapped it with my lighter. It is obviously a defect in the glass.... But they flat told me they won't do a thing about it... Crappy product for an expensive price.... No thanks, I will toss this and buy my next one on amazon.
