That is correct. You provided an image of a heavily used bong with a crack in it. If items arrive damaged, we are happy to replace them within 7 days of delivery. I didn't get what I ordered
I didn't get what I ordered. I was supposed to get a 10 pack of gummies 25mg a piece but got a 2 pack of 100mg a piece. Cost is different as well what was sent is cheaper than what I paid for.

I bought 2 pipes a few months ago
I bought 2 pipes a few months ago. Put them in my drawer. Finally opened them and both were defective. Customer service only cares about their 7 day return policy and doesn’t care that they sold me defective items. Shop somewhere else.

Thank you for the feedback, and we're sorry the pipes weren't in the condition you expected when you opened them.
Damaged or defective items need to be reported within 7 days of delivery, along with photos of the issue. That process exists so we can see the damage while it's still possible to tell where it came from. The silicone covering on these pipes is durable but not indestructible — it can be cut, torn, or split by contact with other objects, and once several months have gone by there's no way for us to determine whether it left our warehouse that way or was damaged afterward.
This order was placed several months ago and opened for the first time last week. We weren't able to make an exception to a standard we apply to every customer equally, and we understand that wasn't the answer you were hoping for.
When customers do reach out within the 7-day window, we take care of it quickly — a replacement or refund, no hassle. We stand behind what we sell, and if you decide to give us another try, we'd be glad to have you back.
