They have no conflict resolution skills because the company is money hungry and will take any dollar they can get. Their support team is horrendous and extremely unhelpful. The worst costumer service i’ve ever had.

According to the carrier tracking, the package was delivered within that timeframe. International transit times can vary depending on customs processing and local carrier handling.
