Disappointing Communication Experience with Smoke Emporium
Unfortunately, my recent experience with Smoke Emporium was marred by a lack of responsiveness. Despite reaching out via email to rectify an order mistake ahead of fulfillment, I did not receive a reply from their team. Consequently, the order was sent as originally processed. While I understand mistakes happen, better communication from their end would have been appreciated to resolve the issue in a timely manner.

Respuesta de Smoke Emporium
Heya Alex,
Sorry we didn't get to your email in time. Sometimes it takes a little longer than we'd like to respond to folks.
We would be happy to organise a return and swap the colour for you. I have reached out via email to see if we can get this addressed right away. :)
Cheers,
Will
