Smoke Emporium Opiniones

Easy transaction, fast delivery & free gift. Thank you.

Good service, product arrived quickly! Thanks

The only place I can find that carry Vessel products, which is amazing. Great range of good quality products and delivery is always quick. Will definitely be back. Especially if you extend the Vessel range you carry!

These 5/10 thread stainless steel are my favourite battery to use. Easy az to charge which lasts most of the day on that one charge. Takes a little getting used to turning on. I got the push button. Remember 5 times push in rapid succession gives you the green light. Tap button rather than push. The case speaks for itself handy keeps things safely locked away. Room for all your needs. Arrived 2 days after ordered - awesome.

The whole experience ordering my vape was a breeze.
They answered my questions promptly via email which was greatly appreciated.
The vape is beautiful and has been fantastic.
I could go on, but overall they nailed it.
Already looking for a dry herb vape through them!

I received a free vape with my purchase but wasn't able to change the colour upon checkout. I emailed the team and Will hooked me up with the exact colour I wanted. Amazing experience throughout! I will definitely be buying from them again in the future!

WARNING!! 🚩!! DO NOT BUY!!! They sell your card info or give it away or whatever. This is the only thing I have paid for that isn’t through PayPal and my exact card details have been compromised in China. My bank had to block my card where random transactions were detected. I purchased 5 days ago!! Please don’t listen to the feedbacks, they use your card information!! You’ve been warned!! 🚩🚩

My order arrived really quick, & was well packed. Everything was just as expected. Very pleased. Cheers Simon

I am very happy

Super response from Will. I purchased two M3b batteries. Unfortunately one was faulty. Contacted Will to explain situation. He was super cool and understanding. Replaced faulty battery without hesitation. Exvellent customer service. Very prompt. Thank you again

I had an issue with my device. The customer service was fantastic. It was a smooth and easy process to sort it out and I was shipped out a replacement device straight away. Definitely recommend this store. They have a great range, speedy processing and delivery times plus the customer service was amazing.

product good but have had leaking issues with previous stock

I just saw a note from Australia Post and it said the items ordered at Smoke Emporium were already on their delivery pipeline, that's what makes them great, I ordered yesterday.

The owner personally helped me apply a discount coupon, going above and beyond to make me a custom order and payment. Such a great service and experience, highly recommend.
