This business still operates ? I alway order from them and now i am short of smokes but their site seems to be under maintenance

I bought 5 cartsons of Pall Mall Shorties for 215$. They said they would do Paypal but you have to do it as sending money to a friend. They gave me two persons names and the transactions would not go through. Paypal blocked them I found out later because of the same issue. Not sending you your purchase and keeping your money. I was given another name to send the money too so I did. This name will be reported to Paypal and it too will be blocked. This is a crooked company. Those who gave them 5 stars were probably near friends to help the income.

You guys need to work on your international shipping service. 3rd time I placed an order after receiving them but it arrived late 😒. Meanwhile still happy about the genuineness of your company

Hi, so after waiting a week for an update on my shipping of 3 cartons of cigarettes I was complelty ignored and then today today I received a charge for 2500$ from turkish airlines. I wish I had read reviews about them prior to my transaction but now I know that Smokemama is just a fraudulent company. Beware. And don't do buisness with them .

they don't ship anything and when i made a claim for my money back through PayPal they submitted a fake tracking number which doesn't match any shipping company's tracking number so it was obviously fake. PayPal doesn't give a $#!t and I'm out 850$

This company has a fraud. If you are reading this review because you got taken by them, join the club. They provide fake tracking numbers, don’t answer emails or the phone. Luckily I paid via PayPal, and even though the company sent fake tracking information, PayPal was able to see that this company is a fraud and is taking steps to close them. Please do your part and leave a review of your experience.

DO NOT order from this company.They ripped me off. Look at their reviews. Companies will never post bad reviews so you know that all the negative reviews are real because no one will take time the time to post a fake negative review. Just look at the dates on their good reviews they are written on the same day a clear sign of fraudulent reviews.I am lucky because I used PayPal and I have fraud protection and I will get my money back. I will also fight to have them banned from PayPal because PayPal won’t want to support a criminal enterprise. Whatever you do, don’t use Zelle or any form of Payment that doesn’t have fraud protection. You have been warned.

MONEY AND ORDER SENT ON 4-19, WITHIN ONE WEEK NO CONFIRMATION WAS SENT.
TRIED EMAILING COMPANY, THEY HAVE ABOUT THREE EMAILS ON THEIR WEBSITE TO CHOOSE FROM, NONE OF WHICH THEY REPLY TO.

AFTER SEVERAL PHONE CALLS, THEY START TEXTING YOU. FIRST THEY TELL YOU, THAT YOU DIDNT SEND A SCREENSHOT OF THE PAYMENT. AND THEY WONT REFUND.

THEN AFTER REVIEWING THEM ON GOOGLE, THEY SAID IF I TOOK DOWN THE NEGATIVE REVIEW, THEY WOULD REFUND ME. WHICH I DID, RELUCTANTLY. REFUND NEVER CAME. THEY ADVISED IT WOULD TAKE UP TO 3 BUSINESS DAYS TO ZELLE MY MONEY BACK, WHICH IS NOT TRUE.

AFTER WAITING NEARLY A WEEK FOR MY REFUND, THE TOLD ME THE ONLY WAY I WOULD GET REFUND IS IF I GAVE THEM BANKING INFORMATION, ROUTING AND ACCOUNT NUMBER...
AFTER NEARLY 2 MONTHS OF WAITING FOR PRODUCT, AND NO REFUND, AND NOW THEY ARE ASKING ME TO GIVE THEM MY BANKING INFORMATION?

100% SCAM DO NOT BUY....

This website is a scam, requiring payment via Zelle and then claim that the fund was lost. Ask me to transfer again one more time without sending out the items, perhaps double dipping.

It is totally a scam, do not fall into it.
