Can't even sign up. Sms code does not come. Tried multiple times.

I wanted to be able to send SMS from a webinterface. SMS to tell my customers they have an appointment with me, or customers who have requested a password from me.
It simply was not possible for me to get sent special Danish characters as Å, Æ and Ø.
It turned out the error was in my script. Despite that, SMSGlobal did everything that was in their power to help and find out if something was wrong on their end.

When I got it all working, I decided I wanted to extend my script, to be able to send a phishing-like sms: I am an ethical hacker, and would like to be able to send people an SMS that LOOK likes phishing, but that isn't. To learn them how easy it is.
The automatic system of SMSGlobal stopped my first attempts! That is huge! SMSGlobal does fight against phishing.
After I talked to them, and sent proof of being a Certified Ethical Hacker, and owning a cybersecurity company, I was whitelisted.

SMSGlobal has decided to activate OTP for logins without any notice and added our landline for the OTP messages, well guess what, landlines are NOT meant to get an OTP so how can I login to my account? I have tried reaching out to support for the past 3 days, calling them, there is simply NO answer! Zero support. We have been a client for over 3 years and I guess its time to go. Total SHAME!

Do not use if you do not want to jeopardize your business. Especially if you have to rely on them to send OTP to your customers, forget it.

They will charge your for sent sms but sms do not get delivered. Their customer service have no idea what is going on half the time.

Unfortunately, the service repeatedly refuses to accept payment, and refuses to recharge the credit. They will not tell you why it is not possible to activate the account. They only inform that certain conditions must be met (they are not listed anywhere). The behavior of this service is very strange...

Criminals, change their prices with out any email. And their explanation that they can make changes without notifying existing customers. Avoid them plz

Very Dedicated team, I feel like we are working in one company and office. Big thanks to Sonal for supporting us in all the years we use the SMS Global system.
The service keeps running without failure and downtime for almost 5 years, now.

SMSGlobal SMS API service looks good when you quickly look at it, however when you start digging a little more, you notice their service doesn't work as advertised, it says message delivered, but the messages are never delivered, this is the case for SMS going to Africa.
SMSGlobal is aware of this issue, but they will not issue any refund or reply to any requests for refund.

Can't even register. The verification codes (like 4-5 tries) never arrived to my phone. So how I can trust a SMS service that can't send me the sign-up message?

I worked with others services and never had this type of problem.

The team of SMS Global provides me the support expected. It takes no more than 4 hours to reply the emails, considering we are working in different times uses. We are a group of restaurants based in Madrir, Spain.
I must leave a special mention to Sonal Kalra and Aamir Reyaz. Both are on the other side of the line to solve any issue, your service is highly valuable, very professional and give me a peace of mind.
I had some issue with the SMS configuration because the reservation system we use, 7rooms, had problems with the integration. I put in contact both parts, Sonal and Aamir and the other company, 7 rooms. Sonal and Aamir were very proactive, providing all the information required to enable me to use the SMS as Soon as possible.
