A acidic solution has fallen on my wooden floor and tarnished the wood. I didn’t think it could be fixed but Snag doctor and the SE team came and rectified the situation and the floor looks like old. To say I’m a satisfied customer is an understatement… I’m over joyed!!!

The quality of the finished work we had done in Birmingham was excellent and the staff were very friendly. However, it took a couple of attempts to get there, hence the four instead of five star rating. We've now used SnagDoctors twice and hope to use them again.

The technician arrived on time and was pleasant throughout his visit and happy to answer any questions I had.
His task was to repair four areas of perished laminate on my kitchen cupboard doors.
Beforehand I was sceptical as to the result, however I needn’t have been. The result was outstanding. It is impossible to differentiate between the repair work & the original laminate. Thanks Curtis

Great experience from start to finish. Rich from Nottingham actually answered the call in the first instance making it feel like a very personal service, price was good to repair two holes in the bathroom floor tiles where we’d moved the wc across the room, job was done within a couple of days and only took about an hour. Brilliant! Would definitely recommend this company. Don’t try and replace tiles if there’s a crack or a hole, I think this company can invisibly mend anything, I can’t even see where the problem was now!

Our laminate countertop had a ring mark caused by a hot pan. Snag Doctor North East were optimistic about repairing it however two attempts and £180 later it is just the same. The first repairer that came out didn’t have a good word to say about the guy he was working for and the second repairer, who came out six months later, said the first repairer was no good and no longer worked for them! I’ve raised the issue again but as it’s been over 12 months since the first (inadequate) repair was done they don’t want to know and said failures can happen.
We used Magicman in our previous house and they were amazing, very professional and 15 years on, when we sold of the house, the repair was still holding strong, so we will be referring back to them to get the job done properly.

Interesting response from Snag Doctor Head Office as I am not sure of the relevance of the job sheet being signed off, as this is contemporaneous and there is no way of knowing at that point that the repair would fail. As far as I was concerned was signing to say the job had been done and looked okay at that time. Unfortunately I do not have a crystal ball to look into the future.

Also if holiday lets are ‘risky’ then why was this not flagged at the time and why was I not advised that the area would have to be ‘policed’ carefully? I can only surmise that this is because Snag Doctor were happy to take my money and then use the fact the property is a holiday let as a cop out! I clean the property and there are no harsh chemicals in the property as we pride ourselves on being eco friendly so it is wrong to make such an assumption without fully gathering the facts. Finally if holiday lets have a high risk failure rate (I’d be very interested to see the evidence that supports such a claim) then what can be done differently to justify getting Snag Doctor back out to look at the issue again at a discounted rate and if something can be done I would like to know why it wasn’t done properly in the first place.

I had a large chip in my silestone worktop and some other smaller marks. David came out and got on with the job in a polite and professional manner. Once he’d finished I inspected the work and was over the moon as no one else would have known there was an issue. I can’t recommend Snag Doctor enough and will use them again if required.

Repaired a stone cill that was crumbling away at the front of the house and sanded down/re-painted all the stone cills on outside of property - professional finish and great service and best price I found for the job - kept me well informed throughout and worked around my schedule/bad weather - thanks so much to Josh from East Yorkshire & Stuart 😇
