I made contact with Snag Doctor as I burnt my worktop with a hot pan. Laura came back to me promptly with a price I was happy with. 2 weeks later a technician called Mark attended who was very polite and punctual. I am very happy with the result and service and would highly recommend this company. Thank you!

Alistair was punctual, polite and very helpful. There were a number of areas requiring attention and I was extremely impressed with the end results. He was very respectful of our home and not disruptive in his approach to the work.

Very disappointing experience with Henry. He came to fix a tiny chip on our kitchen counter which was only just over a year old, but the product he used completely stripped the top surface. The area (much larger than the original chip) is now rough to the touch and looks totally bland compared to the rest of the worktop. He did refund our money after several emails, but we are now left with a ruined kitchen counter. This response is factually incorrect. You did not offer to "rectify the repair" Because your service had already completely stripped the top surface layer of my almost new worktop, leaving it rough and ruined, the damage was completely irreversible.No amount of "re-repairing" can bring back a chemically stripped surface; the entire worktop now requires a costly replacement. I deeply regret accepting the refund now, as I should have pursued you for a full replacement worktop instead. It is pointless contacting your head office as each branch is a locally owned business.

They did an amazing job of rectifying our shower tray crack, really fast with response and nice team! Over the moon!

We have moved into a new build home and Anthony, from snag Doctor north west, has spent two days working his magic.
Anthony is such a lovely young man and it was our absolute pleasure to spend 2 days with him whilst he made our home extra beautiful. He is totally committed to provide good solid customer service and care. He is a perfectionist and he does an amazing job rectifying all the surfaces in a home that you can think of! To say we are pleased with his work on our home is an understatement.
He is committed, professional, personable, efficient and Anthony is a great Ambassador for the ‘snag Doctor’ brand.

Absolutely awful experience and I would not recommend. Spray painted our door black and did not cover brand new stair carpet (front door was wide open) or advise me to shut interal doors. There was a thick residue of black dust everywhere and I mean everywhere even upstairs. I have white floors, sofa and just had an expensive stair carpet laid. All covered in black dust. Snag Dr won't take responsobility. Absolute disgrace. Took 4 hours to clean up and a loss of financial earnings. Still soft funishings to wash and rugs and stair carpet to shampoo. Maybe the small claims court is the next step. They have trashed my house. I have hours of washing every item of soft furnishings that is covered in this black dust. All Snag Dr said was sorry. Do not use them.

Great service. Could not fault them. The repair to our quartz worktop was excellent.

We recently had some water damage to a kitchen door which had been discontinued so I contacted snag doctor to repair. Initially we had a few issues with colour not being correct but John at the office in Kent was very patient, courteous, professional and a huge help. He went out of his way to fix this for us and I highly recommend. Very much appreciated all his efforts to solve the issue for us. Thank you John!

Luke and team, really nice people and whilst I was skeptical at first, I trusted the reviews and these guys are magicians, amazing outcome, highly recommended.

Used Snag Doctor East Yorkshire after my show tray was damaged when the shower glass shattered in the extreme heat. Damage included hole in the surround and pitting on the tray. Friendly, helpful service, arrived on time as advised and an amazing job done. Repair was to the highest standard imaginable and when completed it shower tray looked like new. No visible signs anywhere, you wouldn't believe it had been damaged. Cheaper than replacing the tray and all the associated damage to surrounding tiles which my builder said would likely happen. I can highly recommend the East Yorkshire branch for any similar repairs. Have told my builder and friends if anyone needs this kind of work doing.

He listened to what i was saying and kept me updated to what he was doing during the 2 hours he was at my house
He was kind polite and put me at ease he left the bathroom spotless and the shower tray that had shards of glass stuck in it is now back to the orginal shower tray excellent job would definately recommend this company as i contacted them over the weekend and got a call on bank holiday Monday to say they could repair the shower tray Wednesday

Very professional and spent time making the repair so the my distress of the burnt area was only a memory.

Fast, effective and efficient. Highly recommended

A snag repair technician was sent to fix chips, scratches, and remove residue in my home, but unfortunately the experience was very disappointing. While some of the residue was removed, a large amount was still left behind and the overall quality of the work was poor.

The biggest issue was the spray paint overspray left across my windows, including, glass, sealant, and sliding door bars. Instead of improving the finish, it created additional problems that now need correcting.

I expected a professional standard of workmanship and attention to detail, but the results fell far below expectations. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this service.

Today we had Kieran from Snag Doctor come to repair a cracked and damaged tile in our bathroom, and the job he did was absolutely amazing. Kieran was very polite and professional from the moment he arrived. He explained the work in detail and talked us through exactly what he would be doing, which was really reassuring. He was also extremely punctual — he was scheduled to arrive at 10:30am but actually arrived early at 9:30am. We are very impressed with both the quality of the repair and the excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
