It's so hard to find expanding trellis that isn't made of match wood and splits when you touch it. Snape and Sons supply quality products at reasonable prices. The goods were well packaged and arrived quickly by courier. Very happy with my purchase.

The price before postage was excellent value, I did think the standard postage charge was quite high bearing in mind the item I bought was not heavy or large, there is apparently no lower postage fee for the smaller items.

Price was extremely competitive, Ordering the paint from your website is very simple, delivery was prompt.

Would of given them 5 stars if tin of paint didn't arrive a bit bashed and dented. Box not labelled with fragile or "caution paint" stickers. So couriers must of thrown it about a bit.

Searched ages for a flame gas lighter of quality. Not these 50p useless ones from China. 99% of lighters either do not emit a flame or produce a ridiculous Bunsen burner one!

From initially speaking to member of staff, then ordering and taking delivery, everything was fantastic, lots of e- mail updates ref dispatch and delivery.
Unfortunatly, the first item was damaged, so called Snape and Sons and all staff were lovely, very polite and helpful. Easy to return and similar regular updates about replacement item, which arrived yesterday and I am very happy with it.

Packaged well, delivered quickly, best price

The radiator rail is just what I was looking for. Perfect size, good quality and a lovely chrome finish. It is sturdy enough to stay in position each time the towel is removed. A great improvement on my old one, which tended to fall off quite frequently! My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Communication was excellent throughout the order process. Very pleased indeed.
