I have been using snapfish for some time now.Always a quick delivery of quality products. This time when I did have a problem they solved it politely and easily through an online chat.
Never got my photos, says it was delivered to another part of Newzealand, no way of getting them and can’t get in touch with snap fish. Terrible company don’t use them!!
I have asked three times for my delivery address to be changed after the delivery was confirmed and still nothing has happened I've tried a fourth time – and I'm now waiting again

Excellent Quality and Service
I have been using snapfish.co.nz for photo gifts for around 8 years now, and the quality, service and pricing has always been exceptional. Other websites and providers of photo gifts do not come close to snapfish in terms of the quality and offering available. On a couple of occasions, I have had issues with the gifts ordered, and these have been resolved immediately and professionally. I have recommended this website to lots of family and friends.

Order lost - no responsibility
I placed an order for some prints, and snapfish provided a tracking number that didn't exist. I contacted the cs and was told let me investigate , I didn't hear back so I called again to get an update, this time the cs person tells me that she will investigate again and she didn't know what was happening with my order. Of course by now I had gone well over their standard delivery time and frustrated so when I asked her to speak with a manager she told me I wasn't the only customer they were dealing. One would hope not- and that the manager didn't have access to making an outbound call .Now in this day and age any organisation and someone in their management team didn't have access to a phone sounds a bit strange. I thought so too as apparently they were only allowed to email.
One of the WORST company to deal with.
