I initially sent through 30 pics that I asked to be painted into cards each with its own personalised message.
The order was done quickly but unfortunately at least half of the cards had faults.. Black smudges, white smudges.
I contacted Snapfish who's without question said they would reprint the whole lot again and working the time frame i was working within.
The new print of 30 cards got to me on time and were all great.
So i was impressed by the service even though the first lot of prints shouldn't have been sent without a check.

I printed a collage of my nieces' drawings onto blankets for their Xmas gifts, and they turned out fantastic! High quality print reproduction, super cozy material, great value for money, and speedy shipping. I can't wait to see them unwrap them on Xmas morning!

I wanted to add a text box to give info on the main picture on each month of a calendar. I asked the helpdesk and used the chat function. The operator was very helpful and I believe I can now achieve. Thanks

I had a problem with some photos and was happy with the help I received from Snapfish.

I found the Snapfish canvas editor frustrating and difficult to use. The photo wrap and cropping options weren’t easy to find, and I struggled to keep the whole image visible without cutting off important parts. The resolution warning was also confusing, even when I tried a smaller canvas size. A simpler editor with clearer instructions and better zoom controls would make the experience much easier. Unfortunately, I gave up and decided to try another company.

My husband spent considerable time putting together a photo book of high-resolution images taken by a professional photographer, and has sent two emails to Snapfish, which were not acknowledged and not responded to. The photo book arrived with extremely dark images throughout… sub-par photos which are unacceptable. I do not recommend Snapfish for photo books. Use another company.

The issue was related to careless delivery by an external delivery company that resulted in a damaged photo book. Using the well defined process described in the website, the issue was resolved very quickly by an offer to send a new copy at no cost. Great service from a company that produces terrific products

Was very happy with the product contact with staff was good

I have used Snapfish for years but never again for photobooks.
There has been glitches on top of glitches.
I save my progress after nearly every pages but when I finally got the lady glitches fixed most of my photos had disappeared. So annoying, hours and hours of work for nothing.

Chat service was great however I still have not got email confirmation of the order.

I ordered a canvas in September and I’ve now had to request a replacement for the THIRD time as it was off centre. I cannot believe the lack of quality control within the company.

I sadly need to express how disappointed in tbe finished product . All photos positioned in exactly the same place page after page, photos too big for the page, could & shd be positioned differently throughout. Do I havec any chance of redoing and redesigning the book pls to give a better result.

The printing quality of the photos are terrible. I’m extremely disappointed with the photos I’ve received. I will have to get them reprinted elsewhere

Paid for express shipping but still waiting on parcel. Does not have customer service to talk to - search not only. Service much poorer than last time I used them. Should have read the reviews first and stayed with Mixbook.

I have used Snapfish over many years in the past however, my latest order will be my last with this company. Picture quality is atrocious, despite using high resolution images and our acrylic photo blocks look something you'd pick up from Temu for $1. I have now had to get my products redone through a different printing company.

Shipping costs have sky-rocketed to the point that they cost more than my products.

Spent literally days trying to complete a photo book, the website is confusing, the customer service is no existent so I went else where. Such a waste of my time so don't waste yours. Plus you will be inundated with emails so literally had to block.

FANTASTIC!!!! I got the most beautiful photo albums from my holidays. They are stunning, great quality and very well priced. They always have great sales. Took a week to get to me in Vic Australia. I have just ordered 2 more. I’m beyond excited to get them.

Support for using this platform is a joke and they don't respond to emails
