Good quality product and great customer service
Product was as pictured, easy to assemble and our shoes are now organised and tidy! Customer service was via a local number and answered straight away when I contacted them about a delay with shipping, therefore issue was resolved easily. Very happy with my purchase.

Poor quality control and instructions
Poor quality control. Two screws had no indent for hex key. Had to grab with pliers.
Terrible instructions. Didn’t ever show using the washers. Did not accurately show which way struts went - inside or outside. Plastic covers did not fit over as screws stuck out too far in some instances. All this made it harder to put together than it should have been. But it is a nice final product.
