Order some trainers as a birthday gift that were due to come in 2 to 4 days and it’s now 3 weeks without any email stating when they will be dispatched or why they haven’t yet. Tried to e mail and got no response. Had to open a case with PayPal so presuming this is a scam now
Gorgeous trainers!!! These are for my daughter’s birthday and they rushed them for me so they got here on time. Will definitely be buying more
Fantastic communication with the company. Was given 2 great designs to choose from. Brilliant quality and the trainer looked exactly like the design mock up.
Excellent customer service from Andy. He went to a lot of trouble to source my requirements and customize them so brilliantly! He also produced and delivered them to exact dates agreed.
To be fair I was getting a little concerned with timescales but.. the guy I spoke to (Andy) really friendly, time took bit longer as had influx of Oasis prints due to oasis gigs. The Banksy trainers arrived and they are MINT! Husband loves them, Thankyou so much! Ace!
