Sadly wouldn’t recommended this company to anyone. The website advertises the delivery would be within 5-10 days from order. It was actually 28. And that wasn’t even the worst part.

Communications to me weren’t proactive and I had to ring to get any sort of information. The phone wasn’t always answered and it often took 3/4 attempts to actually get a call answered. Eventually when I spoke to them I was told the delivery would be on 3rd Feb and I would hear from the courier regarding my delivery slot on the morning of delivery.

I was astounded that the delivery team messaged me the day of delivery with a delivery time of 19:30-21:30 with no prior notice it would/could be this late. The website actually says “you will be contacted by a member of our team to discuss a delivery day and 4-hour slot that suits our delivery schedule, van capacity & availability in your local area and your availability to receive the order.” There was absolutely no consideration for my availability to receive the order at such a time. It also states that “Deliveries are typically completed Monday to Sunday, 7am to 8pm, excluding Bank Holidays. In all cases, delivery date and time will be agreed with you beforehad”. I absolutely was not able to agree a time!!

This delivery also involved manufacture of the bed too. I rang the courier at 19:30 to get an update of time to which I was informed 21:00. That time, came and went without any sign of them. They eventually arrived at 21:26. They didn’t complete the build until gone 22:00!

Who wants a toddler bed building at 22:00 in the evening?! Whilst a toddler is asleep in bed!!

I actually felt sorry for the delivery men too as they knew it wasn’t a reasonable time. I also showed them the website content re deliveries which shocked them.

Completely terrible customer service arranging such deliveries at that time without any prior consultation with the customer.

I’m sure there are more suitable bed providers out there and would advise people to look at alternative providers who offer a more informative order process and a sensible delivery time to avoid the hassle I had.

Love the bed received. The quality is excellent and it was a seamless process overall.
The delivery was on time and the bed was better than expected. I cannot fault their product and customer service one bit.

We ordered the Mayfair kids bed and it looks absolutely stunning. Our daughter loves it and I looks so nice in her bedroom.
Delivery was nice, quick and easy and nothing was too much trouble. Assembly was straight forward and the bed itself is excellent quality. I would definitely recommend.

❌❌❌❌I DONT RECOMMEND ❌❌❌❌One star is too much for them I ordered a single bed for my daughter in baby pink with gas lift storage and with gold studs I payed nearly 700£ FOR A SINGLE BED it took nearly 3 weeks to arrive it came with no gas lift and with no gold studs and wrong colour I contacted them they said they will send the gas lift it took about 2 weeks until I got it and they said they will send an engineer for the gold studs they supposed to come today which didn’t and for the colour they sent me same shade with different type of fabric samples convincing me that I got the right one which till now I am convinced, please avoid them they have a terrible customer service the telephone line is not working so you have to send an email and they will answer you the day after or at the end of the day AVOID THEM it’s just waist of money and time

Brilliant experience! Customer services were really knowledgeable and helpful in guiding us order a bespoke dimension sofa we liked. Was made to order and delivered within 3 weeks! Lovely fabric and quality and so comfortable I could just sit in all day without leaving the house haha.

The communication with the company has been exceptional. We were kept updated throughout the process and the bed arrived as agreed.

The quality is absolutely fantastic. Arrived in perfect condition too. Beautifully designed too. Will definitely be using Snoozyble again.

Such a simple, straightforward and easy ordering process. The website was very easy to use and they had such unique and gorgeous bed designs that I couldnt find anywhere else.
We chose the Sage bed in Armour coniston and it looks dead drop gorgeous! Really easy to assemble and definitely a statement piece.

Infact we were soo impressed we placed another bed order ( kids bed ) with them and eagerly waiting on the delivery which is already scheduled!

I don't write reviews quite often but I was compelled to write one for this wonderful company given the service and the quality of product they provided.
We ordered two beds off this company, Andrew wide headboard bed and Arianna Kids bed. I must say everything seemed so streamlined and professional from the get go.
The website was easy to use with so many wonderful designs, we had our free swatches in hand ( which i think is a wonderful idea giving out swatches for fussy people like me haha ) and the updates were spot on.

Both beds arrived on the same day as decided and the delivery drivers assembled them for us within an hour. You don't really get to see this level of quality and customer service that easily these days so hats off to this company! Well done guys you deserve it xx

We recently purchased a bed from Snoozyble and we couldn't be happier!
I have been trying to find a bed I liked for a very long time and came across this company - ordered it and it is gorgeous!
They are a great Company to deal with, the bed is very well made, delivery drivers were beyond lovely and helpful, they also have THE best Customer Service I have experienced in a very long time!

The bed is GORGEOUS! looks so beautiful in our new bedroom.

Its always risky buying something like a bed online without seeing it in person but I am so glad i took the plunge. The bed just looks phenomenal. Solid sturdy build and workmanship is excellent.
