15 DAYS FOR A REFUND …
I paid over £100 for Santa’s wonderland and was informed as last time it was cancelled they refunded me within 3 days. THIS TIME they are saying refunds will be a minimum of 15 days as they are a small team. We don’t take 15 days to pay for the experience all it is is a click of a button anyone who has worked for customer service and refunds no this.
VERY DISAPPOINTED IN THE AUTOMATED MESSAGES I RECEIVED BACK AND THE LACK OF CARE TO RETAIN THESE CUSTOMERS AGAIN AFTER LOCK DOWN.

Due to COVID-19 my skiing experience…
Due to COVID-19 my skiing experience was cancelled and Snowdome issued me a credit note, I asked for a refund today and was advised that it's non-refundable....also, didn't even get an apology!

Amazing venue with amazing facilities and team
Amazing venue with amazing facilities. The team are always so friendly and helpful.
You can learn to ski or snowboard in a day, go ice skating, tobogganing, visit the spectacular Santa’s Winter Wonderland and top of all off with a delicious Starbucks. All at the same place. Never fail to have a brilliant visit.

Andy P was a top instructor!
My girlfriend and I went for our first ever ski experience. We had a beginners group lesson with Andy P. It was great fun, we learnt a lot over the 2 hours and Andy made the experience more fun with some good banter. We'll definitely be coming back for another lesson.

Great time at Santa's Winter Wonderland
Santa's Winter Wonderland was a great festive experience for me and my family. Both my parents and younger siblings had a good time - santa's stage show was a personal highlight of mine!
