Update on previous review.
Have posted on their website a review of product. 1 star, and this review has magically not appeared.
Clearly very dubious practice

Avoid these scammers !
What turned up is nothing like the listing. Colour, shape and materials are of a very poor quality. Customer service is non-existent. Refund refused even though the listing refers to a guaranteed hassle-free refund. Do not deal with these crooks!

Product nothing like website.
Images on website clearly offer hassle free returns on the product as the image has been put specifically on the product.
Then refuse to offer a return when questioned upon quality.
Hoping Klarna will prove helpful when I submit my evidence to them when I refuse to pay.
False advertising of products, false advertisement of returns.

Excellent website, recommended and spectacular customer support

Absolute trash of a company. Advertise products they don't deliver then refusing to accept the return based on grounds of not as described. Style is completely different to the one ordered. Inferioir quality, missing features but for them every thing is alright because they have your money. They advertise no hassle returns while making all sorts of excuses just not to accept the item back. PayPal had to step in to put them in the right place. Also products sent from China not even repacked while they think they sell a premium product. Rip off.

Trustpilot, simply the best and I got my delivery

Recieved order in good time and happy with the product recieved.

As other reviews state I am receiving the same emails. Email states items have been shipped. I check the Tracking with EVRI and it states awaiting on the arrival. I then received another email stating all orders are late due to high demand and give a discount on any other orders of 20% off. I emailed back stating I doubt very much I shall be making anymore purchases from them due to the appalling situation of this first time order! Then I emailed the Company and they stated my delivery will be soon! I placed 2 orders on SNTCHD 13 days ago and the Tracking details have still not changed. If and when I receive the order I will update this Review.

UPDATE: 15/05/2023

My items did eventually arrive! The clothing I purchased were too small and I ordered the correct size of clothing. Will not be making anymore purchases from this company.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still not here. Probably a scam as others have said.

Absolutely awful, delivery never got there. Keep saying they got overwhelmed by orders. Will have to get my money refunded

Ordered. Told dispatched. Still not dispatched. Yet another company who advertise as UK but aren’t and keep telling you they’ve sent it, then you get another email saying they’re having issues with supply. So which one is it. Avoid.

Update 19/4 items have arrived but have absolutely no resemblance to the advertised items. Shockingly nasty quality. Every item completely different from the pictures they advertise with. Have asked for refund and reported to Credit Card company.

Further update they’re refusing a refund on the basis they state items may be of a different quality. What I received are clearly a different product entirely. Avoid at all costs.
