The installation of my solar panels was straightforward and smooth from assessment of the property to completion. I had several companies quote but chose Snug for my particular needs. They were a competitive cost. The scaffolding, roofing and electrical guys all very polite and efficient.

We needed some significant work with replacing our boiler and changing all associated pipework and radiators.
Swift gave us some very good quotes as the specification changed, it was always easy to contact them and Anthony was both professional and knowledgeable explaining where pipes would run, what disruption could be expected and how long it would all take etc. Their price was very competitive too.
Ultimately, we went with another firm based on little more than a flip of a coin but our experience of Swift has been nothing but good as you can at least call them and get to speak to a person straight away.

I received a phone contact immediately on showing interest in the product. Meetings were arranged quickly along with a quotation. E mails were received confirming all details along with dates for all the elements of installation. The scaffolders, electricians and the panel fitters were on time, friendly but very professional. I received great help by phone from the administration and management of the company. A delight to deal with snug energy.

The range of solar energy installation configurations, and installers, can be bewildering. I am very glad to have gone with Snug Energy. They were professional, prompt, and clear at all stages, and the kit seems to be doing a good job, even on dank and dreary days in February.

I had a new combination boiler fitted 2 years ago with a wi fi thermostat which only had 1 years warranty and had broken down. The service engineer that serviced my system said that they where not happy with the wi fi box and put it in his report . Now they are asking for £70 callout and the cost of a new wi fi box .

Had my old faulty boiler replaced which was dangerously emitting carbon monoxide. the job was undertaken by your professional boiler technician. He was polite and courteous very clean with his workmanship and he got straight to work never stopped until the job was finished. Now we have a great brand new and safe boiler and we are over the moon definitely recommend your company to all my friends and family Thankyou so much

I recently had a boiler installed by Snug Energy, and overall, I am pleased with the service provided. The engineers did a commendable job with the installation, displaying a high level competence and professionalism throughout the process. Their attention to detail and expertise were evident, and l felt confident in the work.
Following the installation, l encountered a few issues with the boiler. However, the reception staff were incredibly helpful and demonstrated a high level of professionalism. They listened attentively to my concerns and knew exactly how to address the issues, providing me with the necessary guidance and support. Their willingness to assist and their knowledge of the services offered by the company were truly commendable.
I would not hesitate to recommend their services to others in need of boiler installation or related assistance.

I reported a central heating breakdown at 8.30am and by 2pm an engineer had

The guys went above and beyond to fit the number of panels we wanted. They are fast, efficient, polite, and they care about their customers. Whatever request we had has been accommodated. Would definitely go with them if I had to do my solar panels over again. Can’t say much for the panels themselves as we’ve only just got them, but the whole experience was definitely a pleasant one rather than a headache. We went from a quote to installation in less than a week, and the price was by far the best we were able to find.

A very detailed quotation covering some points we hadn't considered. The quotation itself describing the system was very easy to understand. Excellent interface app, loads of detail and very easy to adjust charging times, rates etc. Speedy installation despite a slight delay due to Covid and a very good handover explanation from the electrician. Price was spot on, a couple of slightly lower quotations were from companies who didn't seem to understand what we wanted or why and couldn't answer some very basic questions. Would recommend Snug without reservation.

I chose Snug Energy over approx 5 or 6 other Solar installation company quotes, as they had a good spec 6.4kWh PV system (+ 5kWh Sunsynk Inverter + 5.12kWh Sunsyk battery + iBoost) for the best market price. Very happy with the technical pre-sales knowledge, fast communications pre and post sales and good after sales support. Quality of workmanship overall, was very good, especially the electrical installation.
They are a trustworthy family business and have been great value for money.
