The product itself is excellent. I bought the ones that you can fit AirPods into, and also the ones to use at concerts to reduce noise. Very efficient service too. I do have one minor gripe though…. The lanyard joining the two plugs together was very cheapo and not in keeping with this premium product. Very flimsy and thin! Better lanyard please Snugs.

I had very specific requirements I wanted to ensure were possible prior to ordering a pair of SnugsPro earpieces. The team were very patient with me and answered all my questions. I am happy with the end product.

The Snugs earphones arrived promptly and I like the concept of the custom made earphones, they fit perfectly in your ear cavity.
They are light, comfortable and easy to use. The Bluetooth neck bit is very bendy so you can adjust how you want to wear it. The volume on my phone was all the way down for Bluetooth, and as advertised, you don't have to listen on loud to hear the music etc. And this also means that noone next to you will hear a thing! Very impressed! However, the Bluetooth version Zen is advertised to so you can use it in bed. Although the Snugs feel very snug in your ear, the wire that runs from the earphones to the neck connector is protruding and it results in digging into your ear if you lie down on your side wearing them. I purchased them thinking I can drift off to sleep wearing them, but it's too uncomfortable. Moreover, the charging port is B-type, not the currently and widely used C-type, so its a step backwards.
I'll still use it, as its very secure for going for a run, good noise isolation etc.
It would be cool if the Bluetooth version of Snugs can made so it's totally wireless! 😏

My gp snugs are bloody amazing, fit perfect, so snug, have it hanging in front of neck, twist the dials around where is easy to grab. And job done…. Easy as, cant wait for rain to go away and im of on the superbike, only thing iv googled all kinds of ways of asking- how do i know if there fully charged….. does red light mean full? Or is red light mean low!?

Good fit, although I'm guessing my ears need to get used to the snuggs, as buds feel a bit invasive.

A slight dissatisfaction that I'm having with the Bluetooth zen product is that the volume is rather insensitive. The difference between a completely muted sound and the next level up in terms of volume is pretty big. I cannot fall asleep because the lowest volume setting above being muted is too loud!

Great fit and comfortable. Great quality. This is the third pair of Snugs I've purchased. These were for the Apple Air Pod Pro (2). Unfortunately, you cannot charge the AirPods with the Snug tips attached. That's what prevents me from giving a 5-star rating. Hopefully, the Snugs will accept the constant cycling on and off the AirPods. Shipping is not super-fast since the tips are made in the UK, but I was prepared for that.

Very disappointed. The ear molds do not fit as expected even after I got a custom ear mold from an audiologist. I was expecting way better. My airpods sounds better with the ear inserts from Apple.

Great service, so friendly and helpful. I purchased a pair of SnugsAqua last year, they are fantastic, comfortable, and don't leak, I wear them at least 3 times a week, both pool and open water swimming.
I've just purchased a pair of SnugsPro, Emma was super helpful, once again a perfect fit and great personal service.
I feel I need to add that I've never been able to use headphones or earbuds of any design as I have 'strange little ears'. These really are made to measure, I don't know I'm wearing them.

Great product. Very happy with my snugs. My only issue is a little more communication throughout thr manufacturing process would have been good. I ended up having to chase myself to find out why the order hadn't moved forward.

Ik ben 3 mails verder in meerdere weken. Ik heb netjes het pakket retour gestuurd, ik heb de originele verpakking gebruikt etc. Ik krijg geen reactie waar mijn retour is + het geld teruggestort.

Great product. Used the Aqua and Zen ones. And always found customer service very helpful when I needed to contact them.

You'll see from my review of 24th June that the earbuds for my Bose Sport headset didn't function well. You'll also see in its response Snugs offered to remould the buds....except they didn't. Shortly after posting my first review my wife received a customs shipping invoice from DHL....because Snugs doesn't know how to ship products to Europe. Don't buy if you're not in the UK. After 2 months and no updates I suggested to Emma they make a refund. I also asked they pay the DHL invoice. I received no further communication. In September I used money claim to recover all our costs, which even required a county court judgment to be issued against the company.
The product is simple and innovative, and if it works for you, you'll have no issues. If it doesn't work for you, you'll get ZERO customer service attention. Be prepared to use chargeback on your credit card or take Snugs to court to recover your losses.
It's not as if this is a huge company. According to last Companies House submission, they employ 6 people. The head of customer services is one of the directors. She was the person who didn't respond to my communication. Bringing an innovative product to market does not mean you're excluded from your obligations to customers. Caveat emptor.

Got my snugs aqua with filter thought I was finally going to be able to swim underwater with a custom fit without getting water in my ears but this happened not to be the case I got water in my ears wearing the snugs and happen to get an ear infection:(

Ordered and received a pair of snugs I can use for swimming. These things are brilliant and no longer will I get ‘water in my ear’.
