Edit: the second time I tried, I just couldn’t get the depth of sound I wanted, this is more to my ears not their product I’m sure. Working with snugs on a refund/alternative. Their service is still really great

My ears have never really enjoyed earbuds and never stayed in so I thought I'd treat myself after seeing these. I first bought the Go range and they weren't as well fitting as I'd hope - Snugs customer service was the best I've received from any company in years... they said to send them some photos but offered straight away to upgrade me. My new snugs came really quickly and are amazing. I've never heard my headphones sound as real as this. Worth the money if you're a music fan. And again, great service.

Was on the lookout for some decent earplugs for sleeping, after working my way through all the ones on Amazon I thought it was time for a custom fitted set. Couldn't recommend the Snugs Zen anymore, perfect fit and block out enough noise (from the loving partner) to get a good nights sleep every night. Life changing!

Whilst I was there I saw they do custom earbuds for headphones, and being an audiophile I saw they did custom moulds for my AKG-K3003i (along with many many other popular earphones), which I've always loved the sound of but could never listen for too long due to being uncomfortable. This completely changed everything, the Snugs Pro came, and after one slight adjustment, are just perfect. Connected to a Mojo/Poly the sound is just incredible. Perfect fit, creates that seal which allows for the best sound. Couldn't recommend more for those who live and die by their headphones.

I can see a long relationship happening with Snugs, I expect the current set of buds to last for the next 2-3 years but will be replacing as soon as my ears outgrow them.

The support received throughout was second to none, really recommend these guys for whatever your ear needs are.

They fit my ears easily and definitely stay in unlike the Sony WH1000MX3 tips, which despite 7 types none would stay in. However, they stick out much more and this look renders them unsuitable for my online video calls. Also, because of resting out further from the ear, Sony interprets them as being out of my ears and so they autopower off. I can turn off auto shutdown but they continuously flash the blue lights.

The isolation and improvement of the sound from the monitors is brilliant!

My original delivery contained a left ear-mould, with my name on it, that was clearly made from someone else's impression. Snugs replaced it without me having to resend my impressions but the wait was frustrating.
In use, the pair fit well but the smooth texture actually makes too good a seal. Unlike with a foam earplug, there is no opportunity for pressure equalisation. This detracts from the comfort and sound quality. I do feel Snugs are missing a trick here. Given the price point of the Snugs Pro, there ought to be something innovative about the texture or material or design that alleviates this issue.
