No communication whatsoever. Ordered 3 weeks+ and left in the dark and package said arrived, I have nothing

The delivery was fast, 3 delivery day, but one of the cans was broken sadly, but other than that I recommend it.

I ordered 12 tins on october 22nd and my shipment only got sent out for delivery on november 1rst. I sent an email which someone from the team responded to but then after that no more updates despite numerous email sent. Also, when they responded to my first email they told me they would send my package express and they did not so im in to wait another 3 weeks for delivery. Great!!

Customer service has been on point since I made an order. Hopefully doesn’t take that much time coming into 🇨🇦. Great pricing. Wish they had more in stock. Would’ve bought way more. Love the selection. Can’t wait to try them and I now have a solid supplier now. Thanks snusgod 🙏🏽

Great Service, Quick Responses, Good International Rates - Happy Canadian.

The ordered items had clearly had their "best before" date in the past, as the product basically disintegrated when touched. This was also more or less confirmed by the fact that the containers had the stickers in the bottom of them removed. No ingredients list, no problem? So, there's no way of knowing what was the strength of the product, nor anything else.

Tried contacting the seller about this but have not received any answer. Not recommended.

SNUSgods Changed my order after I checked out and swapped one order for another of different strength. Why not ask what I would prefer if your out of stock instead of putting something else in my order for me making me pay for it and now I have to use 3x as many pouches since you wanted to switch it to the lite version. 1.5mg compared to 6mg. The puck will be done in 2 days if not that same day.

Nu am comandat încă de pe site dar am făcut un search pe ,, scam detector,, și a obținut 62/100puncte iar pe trustpilot nu a fost înregistrată nicio recenzie ,Chiar daca în timp de 30 minute mi-ar arătat că au cumpărat 5 persoane doar din statele Unite .
Aveți grijă și comandați-va doar unul și cel mai ieftin apoi vedeți dacă vine comanda
