We use So Trak for HGVs, vans, and plant. At present, we have over 100 vehicles with So Trak. The platform has live tracking, which enables you to see where the vehicles and plant are at all times. We use the immobilisation system that enables us to turn the vehicles and plant on and off to prevent them from being stolen. The available reports are useful for full tracking purposes, speeding, and for plant hours. We can run the reports for the whole fleet or just an individual vehicle/plant. The system has an alert system that emails and texts if the vehicle is used out of hours. The vehicles can be renamed, which enables us to allocate each vehicle to an individual driver. The search system lets you search by either a name or a partial vehicle registration. The vehicles can be dropped into depot groups, which makes them easier to find and run reports. The office staff go above and beyond; they are friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. The engineers are UK-based, so they cover all of the mainland UK and usually can attend within 48 hours to fit the system; it is instantly uploaded onto the dashboard. The system is compatible with our insurance company via an API link. When issues do occur, the engineers attend promptly, and should the tracker need to be replaced, it's done on the first visit.

We can monitor our fleet so easily with the So-Trak App, everything is very user friendly. I would highly recommend this company as their customer service is second to none. I wouldn't use any other company.

The mapping, tracking information on the interactive phone App enables us to view location in real time and set Alarms for out of hours activity, and mobilise, immobilise the plant in a swift and effective way.
The customer service we receive from Ben, Mellissa and Laura from initial sale to Installation and operational back up has been exceptional.

A great reliable vehicle tracking system that does everything that we ask it to!

Excellent trackers they do exactly what you want and more, having the whole fleet immobilise and mobilise at a set time is a great feature, the real time tracking is very quick and accurate, we managed to rescue a stolen piece of equipment within 10mins of being notified.

We have 34 of these trackers fitted, all working perfectly.

I have dealt with So-Trak for over 1 year. They have been fantastic in Providing Product trackers and back up service that works effectively. The whole Team especially Melissa have been available to speak to, checked back on our needs and provided training when ever we have needed it. We have over 15 people logged onto the app, using it to monitor equipment, plan servicing & stop the use of equipment when not paid, all remotely. Brilliant company, would recommend.
