Came across So-Trak on Linkedin a few years back and was really keen to see how there system compared to others, need i say more it lived up to expectations with there direct text alerts and immobilization schedules which is what we needed on our plant machinery and having had recent thefts in the last few months the system has done what it says on the tin and helped recover these machines, i have recently renewed my contract with Mel who politely asked if i could leave a review which i was more than happy to do.

Been using So-Trak for a few months . Easy to use platform . Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and the aftercare is brilliant . Had a call from Mel to confirm I know what I'm doing and answer any questions I had . Would highly recommend

We have used SO TRAK for a number of years now & have always had a great service. The App is so easy to use & means if im not by a pc i still have a complete over view of our fleet of trucks which i can immobilise instantly using the app.

I would give zero stars if I could.

Absolutely diabolical company. Very Poor Service and very unprofessional staff. The owner seems to think that he can get away with anything!

Don't get me started on their system. Their remote Immobilisation broke my machines....cost me £000's to fix, not to mention the down time!. The tracker says the machine is one place when its actually somewhere totally different. defeats the whole objective of GPS Tracking.

Bunch of cowboys. Now they've got my money, they don't want to know.

Had lost faith in tracking companies, but thought So-Trak to be a simple and easy process when it comes to tracking my machines. The process from start to finish was very efficient.

This company is abysmal, they sent a fitter out to a site that we where working on ( 37 k worth of work) he fiddled about with our tracked chipper and left, we turned it on and who would of believed it it didn’t work!! I phoned them up and he reluctantly came back and almost squared up to me, he soon realised that he had cocked up and apologised which was very embarrassing for me. Two months down the line I have had two dead shorts on the machine, the second resulted in a fire on my fuel pump side. I’ve spent £ 1520 on a complete rewire of my machine. This company are not fit for purpose. DO NOT USE THEM.

After meeting with SO-Trak I was extremely pleased with their professional and knowledgeable approach to security and telematics. We have a mixed fleet of both plant and machinery, the solution is very flexible and the fact we can immobilise our vehicles and plant was a real added plus. Would highly recommend when looking for tracking services.

Avoid At All Cost! Moved to So trak around a year ago and have regretted it daily, iv now moved to another company. Told me they had a better system and basically it was exactly the same, they sent out a rude mechanic to change the sim card in the tracker? The mechanic was driving an old car which I found strange, I was given a new password and when I tested the system it didn't work and it took 2 weeks for it be be fixed. I tried calling but the office was always closed, I think its because I'm a small customer they didn't really care about my machine.
I dread to think what would happen if my digger was stolen.
