This was an online order, not in store. I ordered 2 Yeti Tumblers online on a Monday evening. The email confirming dispatch came through before the sale confirmation, so already alarm bells were ringing. The next day I get the delivery information from DPD saying they have my parcel details but not the parcel itself. It’s like this for the next week. I paid £7.95 delivery. A weeks wait for £7.95. That’s why the products are so cheap online, because the delivery makes up 70% of the shortfall.
The only reason for the second star is that communication was fast and polite. I have a full refund as there was no indication that my parcel would have been picked up and delivered any time soon.
Also, read the refund policy, shipping will not be refunded. So I’m £8 down for nothing.
I would not recommend this shop.

I ordered a Yeti bottle from the website, over 4 days later when the item had still not been dispatched I chased the company up by email, on day 5 I have received a notification of refund.
NO reply to my email, NO apology & NO explanation as to why an item was listed on the website if it didn’t exist!
To add insult to injury the refund will apparently take upto 10 days…….. all I can say is that this company is best avoided if you expect even a modicum of customer service

I placed an order late evening online for a planned bbq next day to replace a patio gas 13kg canister. The confirmation of order said do not go to shop until confirmed ready for collection. So I waited, and waited. Concerned I called the shop and clicked on 2 as it was a web order, rang and rang until a voicemail answered. I didn’t leave a message because it was still early. 4 times I called with no answer, I left a message on the the 4 th attempt. Then on the 5th attempt I pressed 1 (shop orders) rather than 2 (web orders) as I was getting desperate. The lady was bemused and said they did not have an order for me. Which left me panicking, I gave her the order number and she confirmed the order was waiting for my pickup. I pointed out that I could not get hold of them on the number given on the order and the option 2 for web orders to be told we don’t monitor that option.

She also told me they don’t email as described in the email confirmation, just expect customers will come to the shop to pick up.

She was very l helpful when I got to the shop and the staff took the canister out to my car for me. But the customer Journey is appalling as it does not follow that described in the website or subsequent emails. Fine if you have bought from them before. But a challenge and frustrating if you haven’t.

Superb ordered 2 impossible to get yeti bags both turned up next day and cheaper than anyone else in uk I would not hesitate to use or tell anyone to Great company thanks

Product well wrapped for delivery, however a number of the products had very limited shelf life. Advised the company who confirmed they consider at least 1 month shelf life acceptable for sauces and rubs. The company do sell short shelf life products at reduced prices but none of my products were reduced or advertised as such. Unless you want products that will expire before you can use completely avoid this company and purchase for the same price elsewhere. I certainly won't purchase from them again.

Socal provide an excellent service to their customers; from being able to purchase gas cylinders simply online through to prompt delivery within a couple of days all at a very competitive price.

The only suggestion for improvement is if they could send an email or text message letting their customers know their order is out for delivery would be really helpful. Our cylinders are behind a locked gate, so we need to know whether to leave it unlocked.

The service was great, I received my purchase in less than 24hrs from ordering. Was a little hesitant about the payment system. I wanted to pay using my credit card, and I had to do this via the PayPal portal (I don’t have a PayPal account) but all worked out fine without creating an account.

Had difficulty with my PayPal so called up to enquire about a yeti cooler. The guy on the phone was super helpful 10/10 customer service. Delivery arrived in less than 24 hours!
Highly recommend and nice to support a smaller business.

Parcel came quickly (2 days), in great condition and I didn't have any issues with their website. Allowed me to buy an item for my partner that I struggled to find anywhere else online. All round good service.
