My son in law and daughter purchases the Mirage super king tv bed and matching ottoman which was assembled by the delivery company. Absolutely shocking quality and workmanship. Parts missing, loose parts, damaged and faulty. Unable to communicate with delivery/assembly team due to language barrier. No answer on contact tel no to raise complaint. Have now emailed and sent videos and images via WhatsApp. Currently awaiting a response to take back the tat I received to the tune of £1650 and get a full refund. Not at all happy and would not buy from here again and exhaust every avenue to get my money back.

Customer service is atrocious. I requested a return and refund. I have had to contact and chase them every step of the way and I still have not received my refund. Do not buy from this company if you want helpful and prompt customer service.

SO likley purchasers stop dont waste of your money. I complained to sofah uk you will see my complaint further down trust pilot list of complaints ' when I got my sofa in march 25 i got nowhere with my complaint- here we are again so badly put together with a staple gun the sides of the sofah i purchased is coming apart- nearly cut my finger off looking for my key that fell down the side. Honestly my complaint is now being sent to trading standards i will invited them out to come look at the sofa, falling apart with sharp staples sticking out- 8 months old and it looks like it ready for the bin this is an honest review couldnt even sell it on or pass to charity - customer advice and anyone else I can write to I will, so at least try and help stop this company from trading an for not following uk trading standards. I ordered a swatch to colour match a bubblegum pink chair before I bought it. It took 9 weeks to arrive after chasing customer services. When it was delivered it was a completely different colour - more like lilac and was dirty. The delivery guys told us to contact customer service immediately with photographs which I did but have never received a reply. Would never order from them again.

I bought 2 matching Archie sofas. When they arrived there was a hole in the fabric underneath one of them due to poor packaging whilst in transit. I sent photos but was told it wasn't an issue as it was just a dust sheet. However, the sofas looked good and were comfy and I was happy with them.

9 months after receiving them I found a hole had appeared in the sofa base under the seat cushions where a strip of metal had come through and this had made a hole in the seat cushion as well. The repair technician which was eventually sent out to look at it said that it was a spring clip which had not been folded over. Although this was reported within the 1 year manufacturer's warranty period and was a manufacturing fault, there was no offer of a replacement, but I was told it would be repaired. 7 months and 28 emails later I am still waiting...

I feel dreadfully sorry for Emma in customer services! She replies promptly but it seems that the service department is incapable of doing what they promise ie sending correct parts when they say they will or sending the correct items for the repair to be completed. I tried to complain to the Furniture Ombudsman but it seems Sofah are not signed up to them - no surprise there! I am so disappointed. I read great things about the company and wanted to buy British. Won't be bothering with them again and certainly wouldn't recommend them.

Ordered a new chair and sofa, was nervous at first as haven’t ordered something like this online before. Needless to say my nerves have been calmed, love my new sofa and glad I chose to buy from here.

Very uncomfortable sofa but also 3 holes from poorly made product, one repaired then 2 others discovered, make it difficult/impossible to return, I would advise people to avoid.

Sofas were rock hard unbelievable that sofas could be so uncomfortable. After many emails they’ve agreed to come and collect them then refund us… that was two weeks ago. They say they have sent packing out to us so we can re pack the sofas that their delivery people unpacked ( and took pack away)
Once we have packed the sofas they will then give us a date on when they can come and collect them apparently this both can’t be done in the same day,
Sadly it’s just delay tactics .. very sad but that’s the price you pay for buying in line..

Appallingly made sofa. Fabric not cut to size so not attached to frame in places. Was offered a repair but asked for collection and refund. Why would I want a repaired sofa?? How the sofas passed QC is beyond me!
Sofas collected and took 3 weeks of chasing and referred to my credit card company to get the promise of my refund. Customer service is lacking.
