I got exactly what I ordered and it came quickly.

Initially, everything went well. No problem ordering and receiving my order. The product I ordered I cannot use. It bunches into the crevices of my body, such as between my buttock's cheeks causing serious pain and rubbing and in the vagina area.
I need the length of the pad, but it's too wide and too thick. I think what I need would be more of a liner.

Tena, moderate, long, flexible is the only incontinence product that works for me. It's hard to find. Sofia & Grace had the product. Ordering was easy, delivery satisfactory. Will continue ordering from Sofia & Grace

it was nice but a little hard to follow and it took a long time before i recived my order. and the truck that brought my box lift it in my garage and not on m y porch i have trouble walking and it was diffacult for me to get into my house.

I had ordered the trial to see if they would work for my daughter in law after giving birth. When I did, you had to sign up to get future deliveries to get the deal. The information I was given at that time was that the order for the regular shipment would not occur for two weeks. Imagine my surprise when my bank account was charged just two days after the trial order was placed. I had not even received the product yet. Then it took more than one phone call to customer service to get it refunded. By then, they had already shipped the regular shipment. They had told me on my first call that it would be cancelled and refunded so I would not receive it. Well that did not happen and I gut the regular shipment. Then they advised I could send it back and did send me a label. I was informed that FedEx would pick up the return the next day. That did not happen, so I took it to a FedEx drop location. Then two days later FedEx showed up to get it. Very poor communication on this. And not even having enough time to receive the trial pack and try it before shipping out and charging the customer the next shipment.

Received item quickly and item was as described. plan to buy from them again when i need to do so!
