I broke my rule about not ordering items from Facebook ads, and it reinforced why I should follow this rule. I ordered two dresses and quickly got an email confirmation of the order. After about a week I checked the tracking information and noticed no expected delivery date showing. I emailed to ask what the expected delivery date was and received a polite response, but no mention of any expected delivery window. I told customer service that I was cancelling the order since they couldn’t provide delivery details. They said I couldn’t cancel because the product had shipped. The tracking information did not indicate that the product shipped until a week after this exchange. I patiently waited for more updates, but it was only today when the status was updated to out for delivery that I had an idea when it would arrive. The package arrived with a tear in the outside bag. The two dresses are a big disappointment. The fabric quality and quality of manufacturing is poor. The marketing is slick, but far exceeds the quality of the goods. I wouldn’t try again, and I would warn others about a bad experience so they can avoid my mistake.

DONT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. I’m out $65.00. Total scam. Moving sale? Need to make room in their warehouse? Then why did the item get shipped from China? Ads say they’re in Savannah, GA. Look at the nice return policy wording.

I ordered April 7 and my credit card was charged $64.95. Order finally received 4/20 and tracking showed coming from China. The fabric was very cheap but the worst part was it was too small. I ordered a L and it was too tight I even had my daughter try it on and it was too small on her. She normally wears a 10 and a L was too small! I requested a return. Not approved! Plus it had to be returned to ASIA! Can you imagine the shipping cost? I guess I’ll donate it. Lesson learned.

This company is a scam. Please please please look up this company online and you will see that it is a total scam from China. If you do end up getting your product at all it will be total crap. Don't get scammed!!! This is someone in China ripping off Americans!

I’m very disappointed with my experience ordering from Sophie and Grace Savannah.

The website presents itself as a small boutique in Savannah, Georgia, and I placed an order thinking I was supporting a local business. The store also advertised a “moving sale” with steep discounts, which added to that impression.

However, after placing my order, shipping took much longer than expected, and I later discovered that the items were actually being shipped directly from China. This was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase.

If I had known the products were coming from overseas, I would have made a more informed decision regarding quality, shipping time, and overall value.

I’m not saying the items won’t arrive, but the marketing feels misleading. I would encourage the company to be more transparent about where products are shipped from.

For other customers: just be aware that this is not a local Savannah boutique in the way it appears.

I read their return policy prior to purchasing. sounded fine! It took 3 weeks to receive. Item didn't fit and tried to return according to their instructions. Tried to return , taking pictures etc. Finely got an answer that they would refund 10%. SCAM SCAM SCAM. They advertise to give the impression that they are sweet southern ladies and their Email is Sophie and Grace-Savannah. Makes you think Georgia, doesn't it. Not so. In Olivette MO. Please be careful. I don't believe any of the 5 star ratings. I'm sure they wrote them themselves

Garbage! Poor quality, no label, horrible fabric and a 3 week delivery from China.

I like the quick delivery. Usually 2 to 3 days.

Shipping was very quick. Arrived in a plain box with everything intact. Great job!

Not a London Co.Blouse took several weeks to arrive.Far too small to be medium.Poor quality fabric too short and colour style not like advertised.Returns are to China high cost.Avoid this company they pose as two elegant ladies outside London based shop.Total scam.

This is the poorest quality of garments I have ever had.
There is no such thing as a London shop. Paid over £80 for two blouses which were made in China for probably £5 or less. Returns are rediculously expensive to send back to China. Dont touch this online retailer!!!!

Ordered an item, too small and bad quality. It came from China. No one replies to emails in order to return it. Please don’t buy from this company. I have emailed them 10 times still no reply.

Sizing way out, no labels. Material dreadful. Please do not waste your money

Absolutely terrible product. Ordered from what I thought was a genuine quality site in UK but after waiting weeks for the item, I checked them out to find they are in China. Finally received my dress in a bag similar to Shein products so completely screwed up and tucked into the smallest bag possible. Words cannot even describe how terrible the item is - cheap material, uneven seams, hangs like a dishcloth.

I am so angry I fell for this and the dress is going straight in the bin and a lesson to myself for not checking the reviews first which I usually do.

I would tell everyone out there to avoid at all costs. Unlike Shein where you know what you are getting given the prices, here they are taking much larger amounts of money from you and yet giving you a terrible product, produced for pennies.

Check out the site properly before even considering ordering anything but I would strongly advise not to even bother - move on!!

I do not recommend this company. They do not respond to messages and emails. I will not use this company again.. unacceptable!

Product did not match photo. Very inferior item sent. On enquiry they said would send correct replacement. No replacement and will not answer emails. I would advise against using this company.

If you are going to order anything from this company I should think twice , I ordered a jacket and when it finely arrived I decided it wasn't what I was expecting so I emailed 4 times about returning it all I get is a automated message saying they will contact me within 48hrs this has been going on for nearly 2 weeks and they only give you so long to return
