The product you sent was defective. Your return process is unclear and muddled. I received an email with a return slip and instructing to take the items to a fed ex store. Then a fed ex driver showed up unannounced to pick up the return?

Products and shipping are great-when products are in stock. I am never quite sure the Olana overnight pads will be in stock when I need them.
It would be nice if
I could be notified when they are back in stock. Right now I have go online every few days to check for in stock products.

Items are nicel priced and come quickly.

It’s impossible to track your orders. If it is doing business times you can call. I’ve updated my order on occasion and it doesn’t work well for me. Could be my skills but it doesn’t seem like it will be that hard.
