Absolutely terrible experience with Sofology.

I am still waiting for my sofa and have not been given any confirmed delivery date. It is completely unacceptable that after taking full payment, they cannot even tell me when I will receive my order.

To make things worse, they delivered a “loan sofa” to my brand new house — and it’s in two completely different colours! It looks ridiculous in my living room and is honestly embarrassing. This is not what I paid for and not the service I expected.

Communication has been poor, with no clear answers and no proper resolution. Customers deserve honesty, accurate delivery dates, and basic quality control.

Very disappointed and would not recommend.

We visited to browse the range then came back to place an order. Brandon helped us both times and was really helpful, knowledgeable and patient.

Good selection of sofas, sales staff there when needed, not pushy, good knowledge.

The staff at Sofology were very helpful and knowledgeable. Hugo showed us round, answered all our questions, and was very patient with us, despite me being very indecisive and probably quite annoying. He was incredibly polite and helpful, and we are very happy with the sofa we decided on.

We were interested in a sofa and the gentleman that offered assistance was fantastic. He gave us plenty of options and recommendations. His patience, knowledge and professionalism were top notch. Can not recommend him enough.

Unfortunately Mirvin was unavailable when we returned to place the order but his colleague Hugo was equally as informative and helpful

We saw Scott who helped us choose the sofa we loved. He was never intrusive or pushy just let us go at our own pace round the store but was readily available to us when we had decided what we wanted

We had the pleaser of Hugo today at your Birstall store, what a friendly professional joy he was, went above and beyond to help get us ordered what we wanted, myself and my aunty have ordered the same sofa in so many weeks of each other both with Hugo’s help

We were acknowledged when we entered the store, Scott gave us an overview of pricing etc and we were left to wander around. We approached Scott when we were ready to make our purchase. He was thorough explaining the sale and we were very happy with his professional, friendly manner. Thank you

I paid nearly 6k for a beautiful corner sofa but 1st delivery only had half the sofa on the van. 2nd delivery full sofa but scraped and damaged so returned. Still waiting to be contacted by them to resolve rthe issue and get a new sofa. No compensation or temp sofa whilst waiting doe their incompetence to be sorted out.

A lovely girl helped us and wasn’t pushy which I hate.
