It was very easy to sort out our purchase a member of staff helped us choose the sofa we wanted and the colour he was polite and friendly and very professional I highly recommend this store in Reading

Sales consultant was very polite, he listened to what we wanted,& showed us the colours available . He wasn’t pushy. He made us feel relaxed so we could make our own decisions

Had a great experience today at Sofology. We see a very nice man called Ali from the sales team. He offered us great advice and guidance but was not at all pushy which was great. Sofology also had some great sofas with plenty of choice and options for anyone's lounge. Overall we were impressed with the service and even ended up purchasing a great sofa which will be perfect for us. Thank you.

He was very helpful and gave us all the information we required to make a decision.
At no time did we feel pressured.

Myself and my partner recently purchased a sofa from Sofology in Reading and cannot fault the service we received.

Staff were all really friendly and did not try to hard sell in the slightest. We were given a quick introduction when we arrived, offered a drink and then left alone until we needed assistance.

Sarah assisted us with our purchase and was really helpful resulting in a smooth process from start to finish.

We wasn't pushed into buying anything, the sales people didn't follow you around the store. And it was nice and warm in the store.
