Softenergeeks Opiniones

Very pleased. Softener arrived promptly with all the parts and instructions required to make a successful installation.
Unit works first time and very well.
Looking forward to clean taps and showers !

Basically a good machine but does not come with any flexible pipes so you need a plumber to install the machine. Very bulky check the measurements of the machine and the area you want to install it. Need to have room to raise the lid to put the salt in so don’t put it under a shelf.

Good product design, excellent customer service and expert product knowledge giving extensive support.
I am surprised and delighted at the level of support given to myself as a customer.
So impressed I have already recommended Softenergeeks to others.

Still looking for the catch! Great price for a solidly built, easy to fit, easy to set up unit. Fast free delivery, first class information with the unit and online. Great comms from company that make you feel valued. Hopefully will not need the warranty that is promised. We are in a very hard water area and after a week, pleased to report that that the visible signs of scale on taps, basins and showers have gone.

Really helpful, responsive to questions and looks like a great water softener. Dunno why ... never met them but I trust them :-)

All went smoothly, ordered, delivery next day. Installation was very easy.
Thanks

Excellent customer service. Delivered the day after ordering. Good communication. Very good quality softener which was a replacement for our old Aquadial unit. Simple to install and is working well - immediately a noticeable improvement in our water.

Quick delivery. Well documented instructions. Works a treat.

Excellent service, good quality product supplied with necesary fittings and instructions that even the most dimwitted of people could understand.

Great service, fast delivery, clear fitting instructions. Would highly recommend.

I’m no water softener expert but this little bit of kit has changed my life! We live in a very hard water area and since installing it we no longer have horrid limescale build up on the taps, in the loo etc., and having a shower or bath is a much nicer experience! It’s small, neat and I’ve never heard it making any noise whilst regenerating (our plumber was concerned about it regenerating at night as it’s in the garage which is below our bedroom).
I’ve contacted Softenergeeks twice since buying it and both times, I’ve had a very prompt, very helpful, reply.
All in all I’m a very happy customer - thank you!

Their site contains helpful reviews of water softeners, and once we'd made our choice, it was delivered quickly and easily, with really straightforward fitting instructions. Thoroughly recommended.

I was given good advice on the size of he softner I required in my rennovation. It was not over specified like some of the other quotes I received.

Excellent and helpful service

Customer service is fantastic and I will always go straight back to these guys if I have anymore water softener requirements

10/10👍

We had horrendous scale in our house. Toilet bowls would go brown every 2-3 weeks. When I tested it with the supplied kit it was as bad as it gets. After a week the water is much nicer. No sign of any build up in the toilets and taps and shower areas are now staying clean.

Fast delivery and easy to install.
Works perfectly for a household of 4 persons

Excellent Product coupled with exemplary service and communication, how much easier life would be if everything were of such a high standard.
