Softenergeeks Opiniones

Good transaction fast delivery.
every thing working as it should
Thanks.

Very easy transaction. Incorrect order sent but all resolved with one phone call. Excellent service, ordered the installation kit, well engineered by pass valve.
Would highly recommend.

Easy to order water softener at a great price. One query before ordering was answered by a quick phone call to softenergeeks. Installation was straightforward for our plumber and now we have lovely soft water. Excellent all round.

Easy to order, arrived on time and was a straightforward plumbing job for my plumber (took a couple of hours). He's fitted many makes but not a Softenergeeks one before - he was impressed. We've now enjoyed softened water for a week now; very different from our usually very hard Cotswold water.

Bought the machine to replace old failing softner. Machine arrived quickly , and i found set up was easy after watching youtube clip.
Found the tablet test supplied very helpful it took 9 to turn our test bottle blue.
7 days on and the softner is working well, would recommend , its not mandatory to pay a thousand pound plus to get good soft water

Very helpful team to ensure we have a good working unit. There was an issue early on, but we were helped and not expensed due to the problem.

I rang john on softenergeeks and he came out and explain that we would need a mechanic water softener and advice us on which one we needed and our water is just so soft now and john fitted it with the minimum of fuss and clean up after and the price was really good I would recommend this company

Excellent Service, Delivery within 24 hours of ordering. System up and running in four hours.

My order and delivery was dealt with efficiently and fairly quickly. The softener was a very fair price and was purchased because of it's small dimensions as I had very limited space for a softener. It is early days yet and only time will tell how efficient and reliable the unit is but as of now (two weeks after installation) the softener is giving us softened water to what is a fairly hard water area. Don't forget that you should still have a drinking water supply direct from the mains.

I am an installer and have recently installed 2 more units. Easy to install with the bypass kit, commission and customers are happy. Will continue to use and recommend. Very helpful customer service also.

Fast delivery, great support and extended 7 year warrenty.

The before-purchase advice, the easy online transaction, and the quick next-day delivery made this an excellent purchase for us. The item we bought (Ceramax) looks good and is much more sophisticated than our previous model. And all this came at a great price!

Very impressed with the softener my skin feeling smoother too

I was very impressed when purchasing our first water softener from softenergeeks in May 2018, they helped me choose the best model for us and it works brilliantly. Now nearly 2 years later I needed a plumbing part and immediately sorted out and sent to me. Really excellent customer service.

First class service and super fast delivery, highly recommended

I am very happy about the product, the delivery well above expectations, even the delivery company have very bad reviews.
They are very reticent about payments made by credit card. It was taken a week and a day to proceed the delivery because of that.
The water softener is working well, very easy to set up. Thank you Softenergeek, my daughter skin it is looking more better.

Arrived next day replies promptly to emails softener working perfectly Many thanks.

1st service and the softener is working beautifully. Thank you

Fast delivery, easy to install watersoftener. Does the job at a much cheaper price than other water softeners.
