The most horrendous customer service ever!!!
Avoid them at any cost! They won’t send the deliveries and then they won’t even reply to the emails.

Good quality bad customer service

I own four sweaters from Soft Goat – plus one I returned because it didn’t fit. Quality-wise, I’m very happy, but that’s partly because I did my research before buying - I followed their social media to see real people in it and read customer reviews about sizing. Sizes are inconsistent across styles – I usually wear size S (EU), but my purchases ended up being XS, M, M, and XL. One recurring issue is that I never get a tracking number until the very day the package is out for delivery. The most frustrating experience was with my return: I sent the sweater back immediately, and the courier delivered it to them in Sweden within two days – and then nothing happened for an entire month. No confirmation, no update, nothing, until they finally decided to inform me they had received it.

We understand that inconsistent sizing and delays in return updates can be frustrating, and this is certainly not the standard we aim to provide. During the summer, we experienced higher volumes which led to longer return handling times of up to 30 days. We are now returning to our standard processing time of up to 14 days.

swift delivery, but trying to arrange a return has been impossible. I can not get a response having emailed three times to request relevant number to proceed to obtaining return label.
Are they going bust?..
Shocking customer service.

Declining quality

I have treated myself to a boyfriend sweater and a few other tops every year for Christmas for the past 7 or so years. The quality of the cashmere has been declining in the last few years and this last sweater is the worst one yet. I won’t be purchasing anything from them again.

Overpriset og dårlig kundeservice

Kjøpte to bukser som det ble hull i innen kort tid.

Utrolig dårlig kundeservice i forhold til retur, vanskelige å få tak i osv. De nekter meg pengene tilbake men fikk heller en tilgodelapp for å bruke hos dem.

Plaggene er dårlig kvalitet i forhold til prisen. Du skulle tro de var mer opptatt av god kundeservice når de ønsker å selge "eksklusive" varer.

Extremely low quality

It took more than a week to just ship the order. I ordered a pair of silk pants. Today was the first time I've worn them for about 2.5 hours. I can't put into words how disappointing the quality is - the pilling is just so (!) bad. I've literally never seen silk to pill so excessively even in mass market brands. And that's just 2.5 hours of walking. I did not even sit in them. I guess it's just impossible - you would stand up, and there would be a hole from friction.

Not worth it

Quality has gone down lately for the price point. The stitching is also not clean. i wont be repurchasing. Better sticking to loro piana, cucinelli, zegna

This is one of my absolute favorite…

This is one of my absolute favorite brands! Over the last four years I have gotten five pieces from them and the whole experience has always been flawless. Quick deliveries and amazing products. I still wear every single piece I’ve ever gotten and following the brands care guide all of my sweaters still look like new. I also want to give some extra points to the brand for the packaging which makes every order an experience to unpack. If you don’t have a boyfriend turtleneck yet, do yourself a favor and get one!

I honestly now believe this company is a complete scam. I placed an order which took literally weeks to get here (even taking account for Christmas period delays). My return has taken 3 weeks for them now to inform me that because I made a mistake on the returns form they are returning the whole order (worth 2k) back to me when I only wanted to keep one jumper!!!!

It's impossible to contact them and they don't respond to emails. Absolute disgrace of a way to run a business.
