I bought my fan at Home Depot and a 48 in extension rod with it.
After unpacking I realized I dont have long enough wires for the installation!
I contacted SofucorFan and they sent my the wires. The contact was very friendly and my next fan is going to be another SofucorFan .

Sofucorfan’s customer service is outstanding. We purchased one of their ceiling fans 2 years ago. We were in need of a balance kit (became unbalanced by our painter)and I kept no receipt or order #. Their customer service department sent me a kit at no charge. Couldn’t be happier!

We have an older model fan which just quit working one day. We contacted the company for help. Because the fan is an older model after advising of the steps to check things out, they are sending us the parts we need free of charge! Very helpful and generous-which is hard to find these days! Our Sofucor fan arrived promptly, was well packed, and in good condition. We had no issues with assembly or installation thanks to the clear instructions. The fan is very quiet and works great. We are very happy with the purchase.

These fixtures are blend very well with our large living/dining great room. They were easy to install and operate. We like the ease of operation and ability to change the lighting.

Purchased two Sofucor 52 Inch Smart Modern Ceiling Fans in black off of Amazon. No issues with setting up or pairing the receivers. They're deathly silent, which is great for my wife, who is a light sleeper.

Excellent customer service! I recently received a ceiling fan made by this company. The only problem was that it was replacing a 30 year old fan that extended three feet from a vaulted ceiling. I contacted them and they were able to send a 3 foot wire harness pack. Now I am able install. Thank you very much for your help! The fan is wonderful.

purchased the fan from the Home Depot and when installed there was an issue with the receiver not picking up the remote. i reached out to the customer service and they were super helpful to get it taken care of and send another one out. it was a great experience and they were super helpful.

I lost my remote to my ceiling fan and after contacting Sofucorfan, they agreed to send me a replacement at no charge.
I like the fan and the light options. I'd rather it have a bit softer light option as it is quite bright.
I do love that you can change the direction of the fan with the remote as well as the speeds.
Customer service was responsive within 24 hours.

I reached out to customer service for a special request on several fans that I purchased. I wasn’t sure that they could help me, but they responded quickly and offered to send what I was looking for.
