Love this fan! Works great in our space.

I returned my Sofucor ceiling fan because I found the materials to be cheap and the overall quality to be below my expectations. Unfortunately, what should have been a simple return turned into an exhausting and frustrating experience because of Sofucor's customer service.
After receiving a faulty return label from Sofucor, my return package was placed on hold by FedEx because there was a problem with the shipping information. I contacted FedEx directly and was told they were waiting for Sofucor to verify the shipping details before the package could move forward. I repeatedly asked Sofucor to contact FedEx, but they refused, stating they were unable to call FedEx by phone.
Instead of taking responsibility for resolving the issue, Sofucor instructed me to make another trip to the FedEx location and have FedEx print and attach a new return label to a package that was already being held. In my opinion, they shifted the burden of correcting their mistake onto me rather than working directly with the shipping carrier.
The return process became an exhausting cycle of emails, phone calls, and unnecessary delays. I delayed posting a review because I wanted to give Sofucor every opportunity to resolve the situation, but after weeks of frustration and little meaningful assistance, I lost confidence that they would resolve the issue appropriately.
Ultimately, I disputed the charge with my credit card company because I could not get the matter resolved directly with Sofucor. My credit card issuer refunded my money, bringing the matter to a close.
If you're considering purchasing from Sofucor, I recommend researching other brands before buying. Based on my experience, the product quality did not meet my expectations, and the customer service made what should have been a routine return unnecessarily difficult. If you encounter a problem with your order or need to make a return, be prepared for the possibility of handling much of the resolution yourself.
I cannot recommend Sofucor based on my experience. I hope they improve both the quality of their products and the way they support customers when problems arise.

I ordered an LED light replacement for a ceiling fan I thought was a Sofucor fan. Turns out it was the wrong light. I contacted them and they not only very kindly refunded the amount, they also let me keep the light! Next time I’m in the market for a ceiling fan, I will be buying from them. Thank you, Noa!

I lost the fan remote and contacted you for a replacement. You were extremely helpful! And I was not charged for the new remote, which was totally unexpected. Great customer service and I will buy your products again.

What I like about the Sofucor fans is that they are very quiet and sleek looking. I have three of their fans now. I also have the smart version remote control version which allows me to use the app to control fan speed from my couch. Always easy to install. Great customer service you can count on. I wouldn’t buy any other brand.

I recently purchased a 52" Sofucor fan which I installed on a sloped ceiling. I needed help and customer service was fantastic- answered all my questions promptly and thoroughly, including detailed pictures. The fan is super quiet and is exactly what I was looking for. Couldn't be happier!!

We just installed four of there fans and they are very beautiful. Unfortunately, one the remotes that misplaced and the company has been kind enough to send me another one.

I loved my fan from first look on the website and once installed I was not disappointed. The price was fantastic and much cheaper than similar fans with the same aesthetic. I recommended this company to my daughter and she purchased 3 of their fan/lights for her home.
I had a recurring problem with the light part flickering and never knowing when it was on or off. Finally it stayed off for good. I wrote the company and even though my fixture was out of warranty they offered to replace the light bulb for free.

Bought my 52 inch sofucor fan from a store just to find out it was missing the led light and the light housing but I've contacted customer support and they have been helpful and are aranging the replacement parts to be sent to me. But so far with the fan it's is quiet and works great.

Received the fan [with led lights]; installed the fan with help from u-tube instructions. Fan and lights worked perfect for 7 days then stopped working. Checked all electrical connections they are good. Contacted sofucor today to ask about a refund. Waiting for a response

I bought a fan which is absolutely gorgeous. It’s contemporary and sleek and the style is timeless. 6 speeds make it a please to deal with and most importantly it is totally silent when on. I needed a special mount for a slanted ceiling and customer service is excellent. They did guide me through the journey annd when we realized we needed the mount it was sent ASAP. They also respond to emails almost immediately and are helpful and courteous.
I would most certainly purchase anything from this company again.

I purchased fan#SP-1326 for $200 which was a very affordable price for such a good looking fan with wonderful features. Shipping was very fast and the unit arrived well packaged with no issues. Unit was easy to install and works perfectly. I love the wave design blades and it is very quiet. It does not disturb our sleep at all. Customer service was very helpful and responsive to my needs.

We love our 60” Sofucor ceiling fan! We received the beautiful Modern Smart ABS 3-blade model with light in brushed nickel/burly wood. It goes perfectly with our decor in our new home. It is so quiet & powerful, looks like real wood. Noa has been great to work with. We have other Sofucor fans & they are all fantastic.

We have greatly appreciated our fan for a years now; everyone always compliments the wooden blades an minimalist designs. The only problem that we have had is that my toddler lost the remote! That said, after contacting the company, they were so helpful in getting me a replacement! I had never heard of this brand before purchasing this fan, but they proven themselves to be more attentive and helpful than the big guys. I will definitely be recommending that my friends and family buy from here in the future!

I did a lot of research on what I wanted for a ceiling fan in my vaulted great room. Since it was open to all of the main living spaces I wanted it to be a showstopper, yet go well with all of the adjoining areas. I chose the 60-in indoor/outdoor, modern solid white wood ceiling fan with remote control, blade finish beige. (No light) Model # HT 6004-WH-YM. I get compliments from almost every person who comes to our house! Our ceiling is white nickel gap, walls are Benjamin Moore Jute, floor is light oak, cabinets are medium white oak.
I also have the 48-in LED indoor/ outdoor wood black ceiling fan with light and remote control Model # HT48K006-BK in our guest bedroom which I love also. Both fans have three blades that are wood and shaped like airplane propellers. Fan is very quiet. DC motor and remote control works well. Customer service was very helpful as to whether I needed a longer rod (I didn't!). A phone call and emails were very polite and responsive .
I recommend Sofucor to anyone looking for a beautiful quality fan.

I ordered the incorrect replacement remote for my fan model but their customer service sent me the correct remote. Great service.

We ordered two fans for our patio. The fans are beautiful and elegant. Unfortunately, the puppy chewed up one of the remote controls on the very first day the fans were installed! I contacted Sofucor customer support and they promptly sent a new remote for free! I appreciate the follow up customer service very much.
