Very helpful & great product! Excellent customer service.

We live in Florida and have had in our house and have now in our condo approximately 8 Sofucor fans they are functional beautiful to look at and worry free temperature control above all at a really great price compared to other fan manufacturers.

I lost my mounting bracket for my ceiling fan and emailed them to get a buyer replacement and they sent one to me free of charge. They were very prompt in responding and had it sent out immediately. Really great customer service 10 out of 10 no notes.

I had an excellent experience purchasing two of my fans, one for my living room and one for the kitchen. They were extremely easy to set up and place.
Not a lot of fans move tons of air anymore or are very bright if they have a light. Sofucor fans push a ton of air around, provide a very bright LED light, and are extremely quiet.
Will be buying these again.

I purchased several indoor ceiling fans in 2022 for our new home. The fans have worked fantastically since purchase. A couple of them recently had light failures and I was able to purchase new light components from the website. Turns out that I bought the wrong lights. I reached out to Sofucorfan and they are taking care of my issue. They have been very responsive and great to work with. I would definitely recommend.
