The illumination is pathetic and nothing like the advertisement. Total waste of money. You should be ashamed.

Lights are good. Seem to charge well. Packaging could do with explicit instructions to ‘switch them on’ but customer service quicky cleared this up. Thanks

Solar Garden has made my backyard a high class entertaining area with the Festoon Lights and Led Ground Ligjts. The transformation feels like I'm in an outside restaurant.

I was disappointed that there was not a switch giving an option of colour of light 💡 your preferred. These are yellow and I far prefer the white. Now to see if they withstand the rain ☔️.
Just checked my order no. SG140274 and it specified Warm White but what received are a yellow coloured light. It appears the wrong coloured lights were sent to me. Await your reply. Thank you

I did a littke research as they came up in facebook (probably overheard my conversation about solar lights for a new Japanese garden). I had a look at their online store and chose some products I wanted. The response was quick. My order arrived in reasonable time and if I had concerns, they responded immediately.
When the light arrived, it took about 10 minutes to set up (excludng unwrapping!), and set the solar panel up to start charging. The lights came on that night after only a couple of hours charging (these were the spotlights). Amazing! They are also are also backed by a lifetime replacement guarantee. A no brainer.

I love my new garden lights and after an order mix up I could not have been happier with the customer service I received .. a very happy customer indeed.

Great product and really well built for the Australian climate. Love the lights and it really brightens up my outdoor area and bonus points for being powered by the sun!

I bought 8 solar garden lights (absolutely love them and get lots of comments) and 1 started to loose its brightness a little bit after 3 months - so emailed the company for a replacement with the lifetime warranty and they emailed back within the hour saying they will send me a replacement! Customer service is next level!

I don't know about the product as I still haven't received it. Website says it ships from Australia - apparently not.

When I contact customer service to enquire I just receive a general reply - they don't even answer my question.

Their reply to my review was to contact them (see below). I have on numerous occasions but the response was a generalised reply - they didn’t even answer my questions. Disgraceful

Dodgy. I paid for a set of 4 ground LED lights and was sent 1 Festoon light globe that I had to collect from the Post Office and sign for. No receipt was sent to my email yet I can clearly see on my bank account that I been charged $55.80. Beware.

We have made a second order because we are so happy with these lights. We ordered the pathlights, the lanterns and the string of festoon lights with remote. They have really transformed our gardens, courtyard and deck. We don't need a torch for our paths any more! Delivery was so fast and the string of lights came with absolutely no tangles and all required hardware to install. Installation was a matter of seconds.

I was originally sent the wrong type of lights so I messaged them to see if I could return the ones I received and then get the correct ones sent to me. I was notified straight away and they were very apologetic and said that they would send the correct solar lights straight away. I had them in 2 days. I have to say that Solagarden were very easy to deal with and very helpful

The lights are brilliant and the service after they were delivered also excellent follow ups.
They are so ambient and lighting up my back yard pool area making it feel a little luxurious.
