I recently had my windows fitted by Solar Frame and I couldn’t be happier with the experience from start to finish.
Saj, the sales representative, was excellent throughout the entire process. He took the time to talk me through everything in detail, making sure I had all the information I needed to make informed decisions. He was thorough in every aspect and provided different options at each stage, which made the whole experience feel tailored rather than pressured.
What really stood out was Saj’s communication—he kept in regular contact throughout and even followed up after the installation to check how everything had gone. That level of customer care is rare and very much appreciated.
The windows themselves have been fitted to a high standard, and the overall service has been professional, supportive, and reliable.
I would highly recommend Solar Frame, and especially Saj, to anyone considering new windows.

We had a super quick turn around for our windows and it was fantastic from start to finish. The showroom is lovely and you can see all the different types of finishes so that gave us a better idea of what we wanted for when someone came round to quote. The whole process was smooth, our fitters Adam and Connor were great and the windows went in quick with no issues. The whole process has only taken 6 weeks from first going to the showroom and the house immediately feels warmer!

Very good finished product. We are delighted with our new conservatory. Some issues during installation: damage caused during removal of existing frame by contractor. Solarframe tried to say it was our problem and we would have to pay for extra plastering work but on explaining to them problem was resolved. Finish quality excellent.

The whole experience was very good. Right from visiting the shop to view the options, to the completion of the work. The workers arrived on time and, most importantly, they cleaned up after themselves—no mess for us to sort out.
Since the conservatory roof was installed, we have noticed it is much warmer, and there is no more condensation on the windows. We would recommend this company because they are so professional.

This was our second experience of SolarFrame as a supplier. The prescribed work was undertaken professionally, to budget, and to the agreed schedule. No issues at all. All the staff worked hard and the site was left tidy on completion.

It is almost a year since SolarFrame built my new conservatory. It still looks new and has been absolutely perfect with no problems or issues whatsoever. The staff at SolarFrame are extremely friendly and have always kept in contact to confirm that I am still a very satisfied customer.

All went smoothly, the guys who turned up were brilliant and did a great job, cannot fault them. Glass needed replacing and it was taken care of quickly. Solar frame are by no means the cheapest but,the materials are great quality and made with up to date regarding thermal improvements. Very satisfied with the finished job. C Rodgers.

From the initial consultation and pricing to survey and finally installation, we felt totally looked after by a professional company. The fitters were brilliant - polite, efficient and knowledgeable. We have a full house of windows and doors fitted over 3 cold and snowy days in November. The fitters were fantastic, hard working and professional in the challenging weather. From the quote to fitting our carpets were protected, unlike other quotes we received. We were very happy with the service and very happy with the quality. Our house is warming quicker and staying warmer for longer. Thank you.

They were amazing. They came to my house for a consultation and that day we decided the style and design of the doors and windows. They offer finance options which was perfect as this was ideal for me. After this a worker came to measure everything and the following month the windows and doors were fitted. It took 3 days (as one morning the scaffolding had to be put up). The company are so helpful and told me to ring if any issues arise as there is a 10 year guarantee. I would definitely recommend. They are brilliant and did the best job.

Really pleased with the windows. Sales measuring and fitting went well. Issues that arouse were addressed.

Overall I found Solarframe good to deal with and I would recommend them to anyone, in fact I have recommended my son to use them.
The only thing I would say is make sure you cross every t and dot every I as they did come back to me with an extra because there screws wouldn’t go into our ground so they charged an extra over for a concrete foundation.

The salesman and then the surveyor took time to answer all our questions and demonstrate a sample product. Price for replacing all windows was very competitive and product looked high quality for UPVC. The lead fitter was very experienced and explained the process they used in comparison with the poor fitting of the old windows. Despite poor weather they completed very efficiently in two days leaving the house very tidy inside. Reasons for less than 5 stars (i) i had to clean drive of plastic cuttings and removing some materials from under windows (ii) outside windows were only partially clean on completion, but i note weather was dire (iii) all new windows have to have air vents. This is not just solar frame, but i am disappointed that the attempt to keep the heat inside the house is compromised by these vents. Job 11573
